My family and I travel with others for my husbands job, so we see a lot of RV parks all over…read moreseveral times a year. We called the "manager" before hand as we always do to book our spots at the Leopard RV park down the road. She requested $25 per person for background checks and application fees, plus $100 deposit. We sent it all in. We asked all of our questions in advance. Enough parking? Dogs allowed? Rent price etc.. Yes. Yes. $304 a month plus electric. We couldn't get her to call us back AFTER we sent in all of our money. She finally gets back with us and all of a sudden, we would have to park in the front of the park, not at our trailer, no dogs allowed over 35 pounds. So she sends us to the Violet RV park. $304 + electric. Plus trash. Plus sewage. Plus water. We get there, the hookups are under the ground. The grass is above our ankles, none of the trash cans have wheels. There are TONS of stray cats that leave waste all over the park. The "handyman" is a drunk that rides up and down the road at all hours of the night but you can't find him during the day when you need him. The manager is RUDE and insulting (she told me my 15 month old looked nothing like me because he was "too white") we had carpet cleaners come to clean our carpet and the PVC pipe for water hookup broke off and then the pipe fell INTO the ground. The maintaining guy left us without water until noon the next day AFTER we had to track him down. I had to call the manager and threaten to find out who owned the park for her to get over there. Three days later the main pipe busted and we were out of water for 2 days. The whole park. Upon departure she informs us all of a sudden that they don't prorate out well still need to pay for a full months rent. The manager needs to be fired and this park needs to be shut down. The sewage hookups, water hookups and electric hookups are ALL not up to code. Some sewer hookups are literally just open. The road to drive on has potholes so deep you have to drive around them. By far the worst place I've been to.

I've had this issue several times I've contacted my bank and it wasn't my bank. It was clearly them at Seascape the lady in the front office as soon as you walk in the door, it's super rude. She was on Facebook as I was trying to get some information. I was reading past the reviews from four years ago. This company has been the same very disappointed. When you first signed a contract with this company they give you 60 days to fix things in your home then they will ignore you until a week before your 60 days are over and rush to fix everything and do a complete horrible job they will treat you so horribly as they're doing their work and not finish it passing the 60 days. They will say it has passed the 60 days and we cannot help anymore. I still have things that need to be fixed and I have proof that I submitted the work notices within the 60 days and still say it is past 60 days we cannot fix if I was able to leave a no star review and still leave a comment I would leave zero stars

They would attack random people going by on bikes and walking and someone made a false report saying I was making them attack people ... also had my screen door broken somehow the handle and my main door looked like someone had broken in or attempted to . Temporary license plate on truck was stolen made police report - 16 year old bullied my 12&9 year old at the park ... saying his uncle had guns and threatened to slap me to my kids - parents weren't much help... they let the kids walk around all hours this kid will call me the b word at the park by the office and walking by my house this harassment seems is acceptable and nothing can be done . I have complained and asked for the lease to be changed to 6 months but they won't make any arrangements or accommodations. Very violated very disrespected . And hard to get ahold of anybody actually In Charge . So far we've paid going on 2 months of rent ... I should have rented a house .. I thought a community would be safer but this was not the case . On the bright side the trailer was a new one and everything worked good except fridge went out first day we moved in and stayed that way first couple days and food went bad ... did get a new one after that works fine .

They fixed one wall (covered my outlit and never came back to fix it.) Never came back to do any other walls. My sink started leaking and they started ignoring my problems I was having with my place. I rented out the event room they have here at Trinity and I talked to Josh about it for months in advance. They went on vacation the day before my event and didn't give me the key. Finally got the key 30 minutes before the event thanks to the maintenance man. The event room is $125.00 to rent for the day, at the end of the day if you clean up you get $100.00 back. I left it cleaner than it was when I got there. They were on vacation so they couldn't give it back to me till the following Monday. Which is fine, I waited patiently. Come Monday, I go to the office to get my money order and they lost it. Then said they would let me know when they figure out where it went. They ignored my text messages and never let me know. They got rid of the park as well which I don't understand why since there is so many children living here. Other than the poor management that Trinity has, it's a very nice, quiet living area. Good parking and neighbors aren't that nosey. Wish they would hire better managment.

Even with a neighbor who has made it her life's ambition to make our home as uncomfortable as possible (everyone can relate whose has had THAT neighbor)...when I've had to call again and again (in that regard), Liz (and her team) always show genuine concern and do not assume the worst on my behalf; They listen, and do the best they can to support my efforts to create distance in a peaceful manner, hopefully resulting in by-gones. Also, The surveillance and all around safety we feel here is palpable. I appreciate all you ladies do, I know it's a lot but keep up the good work, there are plenty of us who know and see all you do. Martha's Vineyard Mobile Home Community has many wonderful residents who enjoy living here. These residents take pride in living in a well kept community and work hard to keep their homes and property in good condition. Occasionally we have to send letters to residents asking them to address issues with their yards or homes. This is for the benefit of the entire community. These rules are explained in the Park Rules given to new residents at move-in. With regards to the roads, we have repaved the roads since this review was left. Road maintenance is a constant battle in the coastal bend. Finally, I want to mention Liz, our Property Manager. She lives on-site and works hard to maintain the property at a level she and the other residents can be proud of. She is doing her job. I can assure you, she gets appreciation from many residents for a job well done.
