Not trustworthy…read more They will dissuade you from buying salt and refilling on your own. It's not as if their salt is special. They will fill the chamber which will causing channeling. They will set the salinity to 10 so it uses the most amount of salt. They installed a budget system for my elderly mother. They pour resin and carbon into the same tank, which will perform worse than separating them into different tanks, degrade the resin and carbon, and reduce the lifespan from ~3 years to 1 year. Their setup is essentially a premium subscription for low quality filtration. You are better off spending more up front and getting a system that doesn't require people to service annually and just adding salt yourself.
