I went here wanting a spray tan for a trip I'm taking soon. I did a lot of research beforehand. So, I thought I knew what I was getting into. I was asked if I wanted light, medium or dark. Nothing was explained as far as pricing goes, I wanted to purchase the two spray tan package. I thought I was going to be able to add bronzer, do an extra pass on my legs and face, add rapid enhance as well as add a fragrance. I wasn't even given an option to do any of that. I also wanted to purchase lotion and do the primer before the spray tan. The only thing explained to me was how to position myself facing forward and backwards. After my tan, I went to the front desk to pay and was told everything was processed and to have a nice day. I might have to try somewhere else because this was not at all what I thought it would be. I can't even tell if the tan worked. The front desk girls were nice, otherwise I'd give it one star. read more

I don't ever seem to get much color from the beds. I skip around to all of them. I try different lotions too . The bulbs are new and the salon is clean. Staff is friendly. Prices are a bit extra In my opinion. Especially when you can only tan for 7 minutes but it's the only place around by my work. read more

I love coming here because it's convenient and the staffs always awesome but the last few times I've been coming there to do spray tans. I noticed no difference I'm pretty bummed because they're not cheap so I don't know if I'm going to come back.. read more

Great location! The employees are great! Always so friendly and always helpful.. i have been coming here for two months now and they always give me the best customer service and always make sure I'm well taken care of :). I know...it's a new location, so everything is not going to be perfect when it's transitioning into being perfect, but they definitely make it perfect with the employees at this location. I have been tanning at this location since PBT purchased it and I have never had the experience that I had today. Employee Mea D. was rude and has terrible customer service. She refused to give me her name because she didn't want me to call and report her to the district manager so I had to do some digging to find out her name. She didn't know how to work the computer I guess and told me she couldn't put me in a different bed and instead just told me I was not eligible to tan for the day. I simply asked for a different bed since she had given the bed I requested to a different customer and ended up not even being able to tan and had to go to a different PBT location to tan. She also told me I was liar which is 100% unacceptable. She obviously knows she was wrong which is why she wouldn't provide me with her name. read more

They hit you for more money and knock your time down if you haven't been in the past 30 days. Not everyone needs to go that often and if your paying more seems to me like you should be getting your moneys worth. That and i haven't dealt with an employee there who has a brain read more

Beware, the "free tan" is not so free: The girl that checked me in acted as if I were getting my "free" tan, however, she upsold me everything she could.... even added double bronzer, the Hawaiian, and the honey... I figured it was my first time so maybe this place was better than the rest, offering the full package for free! NOPE, after I said yes to most of the options the girl gave me, she said "okay, your total is $28 and some change, your spray tan is free though". This to me is very poor customer service, she never mentioned a price to me, only asked if I wanted to add things as if they were free then hit me with the total... I usually go to another tanning salon, however, the free spray attracted me to your store, big mistake I made.... to add, my daughter was with me too, so not only did I pay almost $60 dollars for the "free" tan.... she got double the upsell's from me... I didn't argue the fees, however, I will not be back because of the dishonest way of approaching me. As for the tan, I have had better, nothing was spectacular, or I might have been okay paying the extra money. read more

The girl was nice, but she mentioned that she works in multiple locations, so that was my heads up it was not going to be the best experience. The bed I chose wasn't cleaned when I got there so she had to clean it. She did not offer me a indoor lotion packet, and instead gave me one of her own that is made for cocktail when I was not doing cocktail. Also I don't know what she thought, but I told her that I do NOT burn so I can lay for longer. She put the timer on for 6 minutes, and I barely retained any color whatsoever. Last time I went to a different location I laid for 15, did not burn, and was pleased with results. This time? I felt like I was not listened to when I said I did not burn. And I wasted money because I did not get the tan I desired. Very frustrating. read more

I was given a coupon for a free week of tanning or one free spray tan. I went in tonight to use he coupon to do the spray tan. This was my third time every doing a spray tan (I haven't been to Palm Beach since 2013). The gal working was friendly. I gave her the coupon and she asked me what color I'd like to do for the tan, and mentioned they have scents as well as bronzers explaining what these are for, as well as showing them to me asking me which scent I would like. Not once mentioning that all of these items were an additional cost totaling over $20. When I asked what the "free tan" covers, she told me the prices for the scents and bronzers, she also mentioned that the sprays tans vary from $30-$45 normally. I did purchase a bronzer but none of the additional add-ons. After waiting for about 30 minutes, it was my turn. The woman that did the spray tan before me, mentioned to the gal, that it was extremely cold. The gal then cleaned the spray tan machine, got everything ready for me, mentioning it may be a little cold. I completed the spray tan. The heater was not working at all, nor was the dryer. I let the gal know when I left. I will not be going the this salon again. read more
