I wanted the meatball sub but they were out of sub bread. Instead I ordered the meat lovers pizza. Fifteen minutes later my pizza came out of the wood fired oven pipping hot and loaded with tomato sauce, parmesan, mozzarella, sausage, pancetta, ham, and oregano. You can tell that all of the ingredients were high quality. The pizza had the perfect charred crust, chewy on the outside and soft on the inside. There is a table next to Crust & Co. Wood Fired Pizza or there is plenty of other seating both inside Grandview and on their deck. On Wednesday's Crust and Co. offers two pizzas for $22.
