With one purchase, a pair of black Paige jeans, my wife tried to return the jeans after a few weeks (we travel a lot internationally and this was one of those times). The owner was VERY unpleasant and unwilling to take the jeans back for a credit (we didn't want a refund since we shop there a lot). Bad customer service, poor human interaction (she was sarcastic and rude, rolling eyes, etc.). My wife was respectful and is very gentle person (she is a therapist and good w/people) and was shaking when she got back from the store, so upset at how she was treated. My wife still has another credit that she refuses to claim there from something else as she refuses to go in the store. Buyer beware - inflexible, rude service despite nice products.

We did find something similar in a different style, but it was too small. It's a fun easy layout with space to move about, nice displays and main entrance off Sunset Blvd as well as more inland of this shopping mall. They have a good selection of fits in a variety of styles, tons of neutral tones, some solid bargains and all the fitness clothing + as well as fitness accessories, including water bottles. Athletic wear at it's finest as well as everyday clothes for men and women. We received a big greeting and a warm thank you while visiting. The girls at Lu Lu - Palisades Village were friendly and helpful. I don't think I've done much browsing or shopping at any Lululemon location but did note some quality outfits calling out to me.... Do I normal spend $118 on a stylish long sleeve shirt, $60 on some amazing gym shorts... No, but would I hear... I think I just might.

I have attended public seminars in the community room on the second floor above the Concierge hosted by Sweet Laurel and I've now attended a fabulous shopping event that was hosted by Caruso signature. The Christmas champagne chalet is such a blast as is their tree lighting ceremony on the green. I am such a fan of this shopping center because it feels like so much more. Although there's certainly been turnover of the stores, they always know how to curate the best brands around and certainly keep it fresh. It still has my go to Sephora. I'm obsessed with ALC, Misa, Vince, Carbon 38 not to mention towne by Elyse Walker & Toteme (newbie). Sweet Laurel and Erewhon are always a favorite to stop by and of course there's the fabulous selection of restaurants. And their movie theater is so luxe, if you've not been you owe it to yourself to visit. My original review still stands. I absolutely adore this place, just like every other Caruso development I've visited and it's been such a fantastic addition to the Pacific Palisades area and surrounding neighborhoods! It is the town square in the best way and such a wonderful place to meet friendly dogs and locals. It's a gem.

You can partake in shopping at Lululemon (good service), Saint Laurent, Sephora, Buck Mason, Brunello Cucinelli and so many others #DesignerAsCanBe Feast at Hank's, Edo Bites, Blue Ribbon Sushi or Angelini Ristorante & Bar to name a few Then follow up with reats via McConnell's Fine Ice Creams and Sweet Laurel's bakery. And definitely check out exclusive offers - Currently Sweet Laurel has a collaboration limited edition crunch cake for starters. Several of the eat & sip spots have Al Fresco Dining and A.L.C. is on the last days of its fall collection for women. For parking they have EV and Tesla supercharging stations and tons of spots. Parking is only $5 for the first hour, then $2 for every additional 30 minutes with a 7 hour ($30 max). Valet is offered though it's more expensive and limited to 5 hours. I believe they offer validating for seeing a movie, at Erewhon, and some of the restaurants like Porta Via Palisades... but definitely inquire as some of these are strict and/or limited. There is a concierge at the Grove LA, Americana and other popular open air malls, though this one is smaller, two stories and has its restrooms upstairs. I noticed a community space known as The Swarthmore Room which is available to rent out on a first come first serve basis - they offer beverage, food, and a variety of arrangements should you wish to hold something here like a life event celebration. PV in PP also hosts a variety of events for families, kids, and visitors including fitness classes, live music and fun.

Her jewelry is exceptional and unique while still elegant in a way that's hard to find. The fabrics of clothes that she carrie's are luxury level. The cashmeres, knits & silks are saturated in rich hues and knotted with perfect intention. Come with the expectation of shelling out for quality goods and materials. I loved the scent of her candles and believe they ranged from $65 up. Highly recommend stopping in. The owner made me feel so welcome!

I bought a fun puffy grey dress from the sidewalk sale. My friend bought beautiful silk scarf with red poppies from Germany and a white linen long shirt/ jacket. Everything in in the shop seems unique, carefree and timeless. You really need to try on the clothes, instead of just judging by looking at them on the hanger. My puffy grey dress really makes me happy! I am so glad I tried it on. Thank you Stella and her wonderful staff!
