I've been going here for 2 years. Whether I place a call or walk in they make you feel more like family than a customer. I usually get pizza. Nice slices. Not skimping on cheese or what ever toppings you get read more

Got it for delivery so can't speak to service or ambiance. Pizza was good and typical NY style. Large slices and can crisp the crust in the over for reheating. Was a right mixture of sauce and cheese and chewy crust. Also got a Cesar salad which was a large size and flavorful dressing. Have a complimentary 2 liter of Sprite. read more

My favorite local spot to get pizza! They have a wide variety of delicious options. I personally love their zeppoles. All the workers are so so kind and give me amazing service every time I go! Great ambiance! Its such a welcoming place. read more

I'm from Florida, and the best pizza by the slice I've ever had in 40yrs! Made fresh to order. Reasonable prices with given how huge these slices are. If you love a good slice, fresh , crispy crust and a lil grease... this is your place. Customer service was excellent! Store quality of a pizza shop 10/10 lots of seating and all tables clean/seats. As I looked around before I sat down. I didn't want to sit down on pizza sauce. read more

I used to like this place, but they are assholes. I ordered for delivery and they said they were on their way. They never showed up and when I called the first time, the liar told me it would be right there! He never showed up and when I called them back the assholes wouldn't answer the phone. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN! read more

Amazing pizza!! Amazing service! Plus they had the European cup going on the telly!! Will gladly come back anytime for a slice!!

Pizza is delicious! Restaurant is horrendous. You can't even see into the display case to view the pizza. lol. I always wonder why business owners can't see things from the customers perspective. Your food is amazing! That's 75% of the business but customers also deserve a clean and attractive atmosphere to dine in. Ps. You can tell a lot about how clean a place is by looking at how filthy their bathroom is and this bathroom is awful! Great pizza though. read more

Palisades pizza has come a long way. Under the new ownership, the quality has definitely improved. The standard regular pizza is really good but my favorite is the grandma slice. Highly recommend. read more

The App stinks, it gave me two different pickup times. I should have just called or walked into shop.

I think the reason why the reviews are low is because of the old owners but just FYI this pizzeria has NEW OWNERS with a whole NEW MENU. The owners and workers are so nice and the food is as fresh as it will EVER BE! 10/10 best pizzeria in NY and everyone should come here and check out the menu! read more

Excellent pizza and service Love this traditional New York slice Great sauce and a great clean friendly place read more

This restaurant was in my wishlist to visit and finally went to visit it. I know business owners might not be happy based on the COVID and other issues going on in society. However, this week while getting ready for a road trip restaurant staff is not appropriate with workers from the delivery sector. Would have given it a try but a live video is floating arround of a man being very disrespectful to a person who went to pick up an order. Hopefully the restaurant people are more respectful in the future. Wish you guys the best. read more

Purchased a meatball hero from Palisade Pizza yesterday and it was the worst meatball hero I have ever had...not to mention overpriced $12.00. I got home thinking that for $12.00 it had to be an incredible meatball hero. It was very bland and tasted like I was eating bread on bread. It tasted as if it had too much bread crumb mixed into very little meat. I am not an amateur when it comes to meatball hero's and this was the worse I have ever had. They got my $12.00 once, but I guarantee they won't get it again. Good luck keeping your doors open. Proceed at your own risk! read more

Food is so good !!!! Will definitely be back again. Great pizza and penne vodka so good

Don't do business at this. Went in to restaurant , was very polite.. I told the guy that I was picking up for doordash.. he said he doesn't have any orders for no doordash .. so I thought he was joking because I clearly got the order. And so I told him can you please check and he proceeded to ask me if I didn't know English or undestand him and I told him that wasn't very nice and he called me a stupid spik. He then proceeded to call me a dumb bitch for not understanding and I told him he didn't have to be rude I just work for doordash and just go where I'm sent. And he said you're a peasant look who you work for ; get a real job. He called me a slave and a bitch And I told him that I was going to report his business and make sure nobody comes to his business and he told me to go do whatever the fuck I wanted and he then proceeded to call the cops on me... and I had to call doordash support and report this. This is so unacceptable. You don't do this kinda stuff or treat people like this ; especially if you're a business. So unacceptable. read more

Palisade Pizza & Pasta - the front of the restaurant - Pizza Near Me - Yonkers, New York

good and filling, satiating pizza made to order any pizza/pasta/salad (did mention that the chef salad is protein-rich and delicious yet?!?! it is!!! full of Italian meat and cheeses, the chef salad is outstanding! read more

Horrible, detestable, UNETHICAL service. Waited OVER TWO HOURS for the pizza, all because the guy on the phone kept telling me it was "on its way". When I finally decided to cancel it, he refuses to give me my money back and then admits that they didn't even start making the pizza until about "20 minutes ago", that it was now with the delivery, and there was nothing they could do. Delivery guy leaves the pizza in the lobby and takes off with my pre-paid $5.00 credit card tip that he absolutely did NOT earn. Pizza was actually good, but the zeppolis were hard and gross, and the horrible lies and lack of service acumen made everything taste like trash. I will never order from this place again, and you shouldn't either. With all the lack of honesty and ethics around a measly $35 order, I don't expect the rest of their business to offer much taste or integrity. read more

Excellent pizza with thin light crust. Not heavy or chewy. I've had penne vodka ziti there and it was delicious. My only negative is it could be brighter and neater. It makes me a little nervous not knowing how their kitchen looks if their counter iarea s cluttered. read more

To paint an appropriate picture of how the food is here I'll start off by explaining to you I am writing this in the bathroom with sweat dripping from my forehead as the fear of death sets in. I know there is an Elvis impersonator that works there but please god don't let me impersonate Elvis as I die on the bowl. So we ordered a few things, a large cheese pie, a large buffalo pie, garlic knots, and penne with meatballs. Let's break it down now: Cheese pizza: tasteless, cheese isn't bad and the crust had a doughy chew to it which I liked but it wasn't anything to rave about. Sadly it was the best of the order. Buffalo Pizza: horrible. Half a slice into a large pie and the rest went in the garbage. Garlic knots: not bad but not good. Nothing I would recommend. Penne with meatballs: I put 2 penne in my mouth and instantly spit them out. The sauce is a mixture of crushed tomatoes and sugar. A LOT of sugar. Like if chilled it could make a dessert kind of sugar. Horrible. Really really horrible. I then tried the meatballs, wow. The sugary sauce mixed with what might be meat and non seasoned bread crumbs really set my taste buds off in the worst way possible. I've had frozen meatballs from costco that blew these out of the water. Don't eat here. Order elsewhere. How they are still in business blows my mind.... And other parts of my body I won't mention (if youre curious read the first paragraph) All in all this place is the worst pizza place I've ever been to. Not only I but everyone who ate with me last night is crying in the bathroom today. I wonder if they put sugar free gummy bears in their sauce for sweetness? Hmmmm. (Check Amazon for sugar free gummy bear reviews if you're questioning that statement) read more

This is a mom & pop type of pizza place in Yonkers. There is a parking lot nearby and street parking. There is a sit-down restaurant section to the right, and booths in the casual part. I've been coming here for years. They guy that owns it used to be a rocker dude or something. He still has a DA-pompadour and there are posters all over the wallls. Its a time warp! I think the wall art has been there since at least the 80's. The pizza is pretty good. Although thicker than what I usually like in a crust, its crisp and you can tell its very fresh. The sauce and marinara they have here is seasoned and garlicky. You can see the effort they put into the food. Not too shabby for a pizza joint. There is a delicious white pizza with choppped fresh tomatoes on it thats one of my faves. Pasta dishes are standard fare, except for a Puttanesca sauce which is surprisingly good. I mean, how many pizza joints make pasta puttanesca and do it well? You can't lose by coming here and having a slice. Or two. read more

Very good pizza, with a great cheese, crust, sauce ratio!!! Also, the delivery service is consistently dependable, as I never had to wait more than an hour and I'm not real close! read more

Very good pizza. In town on business and ordered in a pizza. Food was good and still warm. I would recommend.

This pizza was disgusting ... The cheese on my slice wasn't even melted! It tasted old, like it had been sitting there for a while and then reheated! To top it off, they're expensive! 9 bucks for 2 slices and an order of knots is ridiculous! Don't waste your money here, go somewhere else! read more

This pizzeria is the best in our neighborhood. The menu offers a variety of Italian delicacies with a home cooking savor. The owner cares truly for his customers, all employees smile with confidence and treat you exceptionally well! read more

The pizza is pretty good - but the fact that someone walks around with his shirt unbuttoned with chest hair exposed is disgusting. Worried if it going to be in my pizza. Also they charged me an extrA dollar on my credit card b/c I was spending less then $10. HOW CHEAP of them:. It's not the point of $1 ~ it that in this day and age everyone swipes to pay. It's a neighborhood business that should treat the neighborhood ppl better then that . read more

Food is always good and on time! We order from this restaurant various times a month and have not been disappointed.

Easy and fast delivery. Called in my order, received it in about 15-20 minutes. Margherita Pizza, generous amounts of round mozzarella cheese slices and basil. Super nice and crispy thin crust (especially for delivery!), and very flavorful/garlicky tomato sauce. Will definitely order again! read more

How hard is it to make a Pizza ? This Pizza is terrible , if you like this Pizza you have no pallet . Many times my wife and I ordered and we got the wrong food . She went in one day and spoke to the little guy at the counter and asked him why do we get the wrong food most of the time and he said " we make mistake like everyone else" . We are latinos and I notice that Che V posted that he herd them saying negative things about latinos , I believe that, We buy Digiorno's now because certain individuals do not know how to run a Pizzeria read more

I rarely write reviews but this is a must. New awesome and friendly owner. Better management. Great service. No more hearing workers getting yelled at by the boss. No more creepy vibe. AND no more Fox News. What else could you ask for in your neighborhood pizzeria? I'll tell you what! The pizzas are better! We ordered a slice of every pie and did a taste test by a bunch of teenagers. We also had a party catered. Can't wait to try the other new and improved entrees on the menu. I'm so glad to finally have a neighborhood spot with actual good food and good service. read more

My family lives right down the road from this place and we've been going here for 15+ years. We've never once had a bad order. Their pizza is fresh and the slices always hot. They make a great vegetable pizza! read more

This pizzeria is down the road from my house, yet I go to another pizzeria 2 miles away. The sauce is spicy and weird tasting. The toppings seem stale. Many times, the slices are old and they just freshen up the toppings. The owner (who thinks he's Elvis) will not acknowledge you if he's on the phone with a personal call. Don't eat here. read more

The reason I'm giving this two stars instead of one is because the pizza and Zeppoli's are pretty good. Nothing outstandingly good just you're average warm pizza slice which isn't bad at all! The zeppoli's are amazing though nice and warm and fluffy but if you don't like a lot a powder sugar these may be too much. (But honestly if you're getting them you most likely want the sugar indulgence) However that is the only positive things I can say. Recently we went and ordered pasta dishes for dinner. I ordered the fettuccine alfredo and my sister ordered penne. My sister didn't really enjoy her penne but she was at least able to finish it. The alfredo was so bland seriously I'm not a picky eater at all but it felt like I was just eating wet noodle. I had to stop after 5 bites! A little disclaimer if you're very squeamish to gross things then the review ends here for you. After me and my sister ate within two hours we were both in a hot sweat. Long story short we both winded up getting sick from the food and spent the night in the bathroom puking and on the floor with upset stomachs. I think we will honestly just go back to our usual pizza spot we love since we don't get food poisoning there. read more

The pizza is ok wraps aren't too bad but it is very expensive and they are cheap with the amount of food they give

Plain pizza was good , the Hawaiian wasn't impressive , the lasagna was ok , it's a regular restaurant, nothing was really "amazing" regular quality , if you want something regular , go here , if you you want something "amazing" or "great" , I don't recommend this place. read more
