This restaurant caters towards this style of food. They have a lot of menu options to choose from and today I had the cheese and spinach pupusas. The filling was the perfect amount of cheese, Salvi chicharron and beans. The dough tasted fresh and the filling was so flavorful. The cortido was so refreshing with the salsa. I personally should've asked for more salsa cause I love my pupusas bathing in it. But it was still a great experience overall. Absolutely LOVE this location. Rarely does a location get 5 stars from me; 5 stars, in my humble opinion, should be reserved for Michelin star rated reviews. However-- the ceviche at this location is spectacular! Typically, I prefer shredded fish for my ceviche as this leaves a small margin of error for the actual "picking or cooking" of the fish via lime. When I saw the ceviche my initial thought was: Oh no! Big chunks of fish and jalapeños AND green onions!? Who does this !?" The answer is : they do! And so damn well !!! This is now my favorite ceviche ever.
