I love, love, love Mexican ice cream shops. You will find this shop in a small strip mall, with a…read moredecent sized private parking lot that it shares with the other businesses in the mall. They have an adequate dining area with television, and it is very clean. I arrived about 30 minutes before they closed, and they had closed the dining area. They have all of your Mexican ice cream favorites including agua frescas., mangonadas, yogurts, fruit bars, chocolate covered bananas, and cones with an exotic assortment of flavors to choose from. They also serve Dori-nachos and corn, banderillas and nachos. I had just eaten dinner and was looking for a quick treat, so I got a Strawberries and Cream with almonds on top. The staff was friendly enough and my treat was ready in less than 5 minutes. The treat was pretty good. The cream and strawberries were fresh. I wish I was able to eat it in the dining room, but I had to wait about 20 minutes or so until I got back to my hotel. Ohh well, it was still pretty fresh. This is a place that should surely get some consideration if you are looking for some Mexican treats.

Personable, pleasant, clean. Offered suggestions that went with my paleta choice but in the end I wanted it plain. The woman in front of me was talking about when they have the aqua Fresca in that flavor but it's not often. Missed out, they had it a couple weeks prior. Nice to be back knowing it's the same great taste and added horchata. Thank you for a great experience!

We tried the mango ice pop with chamoy and chili-lime seasoning--honestly, my mouth is watering just thinking about it. The flavors were so fresh and perfectly balanced between sweet, tangy, and spicy. We also got the pistachio with white chocolate, which was just as delicious and a nice contrast to the mango. They also have a lot more than just ice pops--I noticed instant ramen, chips, fresh juice, and plenty of other snack options, which makes it a fun place to explore. Overall, everything was really tasty, and the prices felt reasonable for the quality. Definitely a great spot for dessert or a quick snack.

I stopped by Paleteria La Michoacana de Paquime one day out of whim after a long day at work (from…read morenow..I will refer to it as "this place"..as it's too long for me to remember the full name!!). The place is a hole in a wall along west side of Central Ave and is pretty much a hole in a wall. It has plenty of dessert offers (and most of them have pictures), so if you aren't familiar with Mexican desserts, you can still get by by picking something out of the photos without knowing much Spanish! The day I went I actually wanted Mango con Creme...but I supposed it came across as just Mango (and they just added chili and all the dusts for me). That said...everything was still fresh..and I guessed..saved me from all the additional calories! I would like to go back to this place to try other things though. It looked like everyone was enjoying Mexican desserts and some savory snacks (like elote/nachose) there. Totally unassuming place..but a good hole in a wall without any pretentions to checkout for sure!

Sad... classic place where they open and they are not even ready... that's not even the problem,…read morethis place is overpriced, and on top of it they advertise on their own signs inside the place at one price and charge it at a different price, the "torta de asada" sign says $12.50 and $15.00 for combo, they charge me $16 and I mentioned to the woman upfront an she says I don't know, calls another woman in the back and she says I guess they raised the price, do you want it or not? That was not the question, I don't mind paying a dollar extra, just take the sign down, and I told her then you might want to remove that sign that has a lower price... for a simple lunch do 2 I paid over $60 not worth it for the bad slow and rude service, do not recommend this place.
