We stopped Bjork around 2:30pm after a long train ride from Riomaggiore. The kitchen was not open at the time, but they had some freshly prepared open sandwiches. They looked like Swedish sushi - beautiful presentation. The staff was very friendly and spoke good English. The store looks like it was cut out of a Scandinavian furniture magazine - very well appointed.

Prices are on the high side but most of these products are difficult (maybe impossible) to find in town.
