The Emporium is the biggest of all the antiques shops in Bridge Road, and the most comprehensive. While it used to be even larger- it took up 3 floors of this grand building - it still is stuffed with an array of antique goodies. There are around 40 sellers in here, each person has their own stand - and their own style. So vintage watch clocks sit along side pop memorabilia which sit alongside 1950's tea sets. There is plenty of vintage fashion and jewellery in here as well. If you pop in, look for a stand owned by a girl called Kirsty - she has some glorious pieces on display. I spied some beautiful 1940's gloves when I was last here, as well as a couple of parasols from the 1950's.

Today my mission was CAMERAS! I didn't come away empty handed. I managed to acquire 2 vintage Kodak cameras, and even a little camera lighter. Not sure if either of the cameras work, but i don't mind having them as ornaments! They just look so good. It is super relaxed and friendly in here, with just soo much to look at. There is a Polish cafe upstairs which i have never been to, but it always smells tasty!
