This is the Best, Fast and Friendliest Mail Center! I have shipped and dropped off many things over a year and have never had a problem. They go way out of their way to help. The negative reviews must be competition, thats impossible! read more

Stay far away from the Coral Springs location of Pak Mail. This place is an absolute disaster. They somehow managed to ship only half of my order--yes, HALF--and didn't care in the slightest. No urgency, no apology, no effort to fix their mistake. Trying to deal with the owner and his wife made it even worse. They were unbelievably rude, dismissive, and acted like I was the problem for expecting my full shipment to actually be sent. It's shocking that a business trusted with people's packages can be this careless and unprofessional. If you care at all about your shipments making it where they're supposed to go, do NOT use this place. There are plenty of businesses that actually know what they're doing and treat customers with basic respect. This one clearly isn't it. Shipper beware--your packages are not safe here. read more

Closed on a Saturday. They should be open on all standard days and only closed on holidays. Ended up going to the UPS store down the street which was open. read more

Very rude woman employed at this place. You would expect customer service personnel to be polite and helpful, but not at this Pak Mail. There are plenty other friendly & helpful mailing facilities in the area that we can support. Won't be returning to this one. read more

This place "lost" a large trunk with 108 pounds worth of my valuables. I insured it and I have yet to get any word about re-imbursement from them. Of course they blame UPS for the lost (I think stolen) goods...and UPS blames them. Do not use this location if you want your shipments to get from point A to point B. read more

Went in there today. The worst experience and the prices were escalated through the roof! Prefer the UPS store! What cost $85. here was $36. at the UPS store! Buyers be ware! read more

So, I don't usually mail packages, but if I do, I come here bc it's so close. However, they are grossly overpriced and the woman at the front is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. Totally avoiding this place from now on. There are definitely other places close enough to go instead that are way nicer and cheaper. read more

I don't usually take the time to write a negative review (feels like bad Karma). However, this was so terrible of an experience I must: The woman at Pak Mail refused to print a receipt on a laptop I was shipping. She said she forgot and that it was too hard for her to re-enter the information needed to give me a receipt. When I explained that this was necessary for such an expensive item and that she should follow the "customer is always right" motto, she replied, "ooooooh, I am sooooooo sorry....you're soooooo right...I am soooooo wrong". OMG, is this woman 12 years old?! I was floored with such an attitude. Go across the street to the Tunies plaza for nicer customer service. read more

First time coming to this location and clearly if she's on the phone taking a private call she doesn't have any info, doesn't no any info. She's very rude and abrupt. I wouldn't recommend coming here. So quick to answer without hearing the question being asked. read more

I've been here several times as there are limited options in the area and the location is convenient. However, I must concur with the other reviews that the owner/primary clerk has the worst customer service skills I've ever experienced (maybe I've been lucky in my life but I doubt it). My only guess is that she has serious personality disorder as there is no other reasonable explanation for her attitude. Perhaps a career in soup distribution would be a better niche for her. She is the absolute soup nazi of pack n ship. read more

Very hard working people from Venezuela. Good attention, well manners. Excelent service. I use them almost once a week. read more

I've been a customer of this Pak Mail center since 2011. I have a mail box there and so far, no complaints. I have all my packages sent there and my business mail. read more

This place is great! My packages were handled quickly and efficiently. I use this Pakmail all the time for my shipping needs. I would definitely recommend this store for anyone who needs mail and parcel services. read more

This is the worst place ever. The staff is rude and inconsiderate. I mailed a birthday card to my mother for her 75th birthday and she never received the card. Same time I mailed a card to my daughter who is serving in the military and she never received her card either. The rudest staff member said it's not her fault. Never ship or mail anything from this location if you want something delivered. read more

The lady that owns/works here is a total POS... Excuse my language.. I'm the most positive person but when it comes to total incompetence, I draw the line. This lady acts like we owe her by shipping here. Excuse me but I'm paying you. A simple thank you without you rolling your eyes or giving "tude" would be great... I just want to ship my damn package, not deal with a witch that works at a mail store. Words of advice, go across the street to the mail store next to Tunies and McDonald's and ship your packages there. They appreciate their customers...and always smile read more

I've been coming to this location for years! Quick, great customer service, always helpful -I don't go anywhere else! Martha treats you like family. read more

I have had a great experience with this store and look forward to using them again. We went to ship a sculpture on Thursday to go to Ashville NC. We had them pack it and it arrived in perfect condition on Monday. I've never seen anything packed so well before and no peanuts, WHAT A PLEASURE. Could not be happier with service, thank you so much. read more

Wish I could give no starts. I normally do not write reviews unless the service is consistent bad. And it is beyond terrible at this location. First of all it is a rip off - they triple all charges and always give excuses for it - like Oh rates went up! When they should just say that they charges their own fees - that would be honest and not sketchy. Second, the lady is simply RUDE she is nasty. She always makes you feel like she is doing you a favor and not providing a service. Yesterday I wento drop a box and had a question - I was waiting for her to get off the phone so just sit there politely. She turns to me and say "why are you waiting if you are just dropping off?" I said I had a question I said - she responds " cant you see I am on the phone?" Just plain rude. Third they are not in the customer service business, but they are on the I want to get your money at all costs business - I needed a two inch tape to close a portion of one of my boxes and she wanted to charge USD 5 for that piece of tape... HORRIBLE. Do not do business with them. read more
