My family wanted to get me a cake and some candles. I had just moved into town and they wanted to make a small little celebration out of it. The store staff was very helpful, helping us find matches, a cake, and some candles. They were very nice and welcomed me into town. Really nice people! I have since come here a few times to buy some essentials, milk, chocolate, some microwave dinners, soda, etc. Not much I can buy since I am living out of a hotel with no kitchen except a microwave. I have walked around a bit and noticed their food is much cheaper than it was in Miami... especially it's produce section. It also has a fairly large section for alcohol. I am used to only having an aisle for wine and one for beer in my old grocery store back in Miami. They also sell hard liquor here, which is a change that surprised me. I will know more about it as I buy more often from here, especially food/ingredients I can actually cook. Still it's my neighborhood grocery store and like I said, the people are very friendly.

Plenty of beer, including craft beer, wine, and liquors. But, it's more than that. It has a deli that makes sandwiches or sells you cut meats or cheeses, it will sell you fresh steaks, it has a varied selection of candy, jelly beans and fine chocolates. It has gourmet coffee for sale. There are gift baskets for purchase. It's pretty much a one stop shop for a great party or perhaps a romantic dinner! I came twice to this store already, and plan on coming much more often. The first time, I came to check it out. I kept hearing from so many people I work with that this place is great. They are right! I was pleased to finally find a liquor store that sold at least one of my favorite wines (Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio) and had other wines I would truly. I was happy to find out the store sold one of my favorite brands of chocolate (Sanders) and even had its sea salt version! It also has craft beers! Awesome! I talked to the owner, great guy. He told me about the steaks and how I can order certain cuts and he would have them shipped to the store. He even advised that if there was a certain wine I wanted that wasn't sold there, he would also have it shipped! Yes! I think he also mentioned (and it's on their menu) that they sold hot foods on certain days before 4:00 pm... including soups, bbq pork, and other meals. hmmm will have to see and check it out. I came a second time during the chocolate walk. They were handing out plenty of chocolate treats but also booze! They had Rumchata Limon, A Pabst Blue Ribbon Beer that tasted like coffee and a dark chocolate wine. If you know me, you can guess I went for the wine! Wonderful! Will have to buy some in the future! Someone I met during the chocolate walk said it was a bit too strong for her taste... not for me... perfect! Chocolaty goodness that with the liquor warmed me up during an especially frigid day during the chocolate walk! Great place! I have to come back once I have finished settling into my new house!

Really mixed feelings in regards to this Walmart. The staff who work here are possibly the nicest,…read morefriendliest, most helpful Walmart employees I have ever dealt with. You ask them for help and they will actually stop what they are doing and direct you where you can find what you are looking for, if they don't know they ask someone or look it up. Very different than in other Walmart's I have been inside in Florida... where you are lucky to find an employee outside a register and they do not help you. Also when you live in an area where it gets really cold... you love the fact Walmart will actually bring your groceries to your vehicle. Nevertheless, I do notice that often when I come in here the store shelves are sparse. For example, I recently came last weekend into the Walmart because I needed to buy a litter box and litter for my cat. There were almost none left and the litter area was also starting to run out. I then tried looking for hard food for my cat, and her brand ,Science Diet, wasn't even sold. It's either that or I just couldn't find it on the shelf. If the shelves were full more often, I would definitely give this place a much higher rating.

Worst Wal-Mart with little to know help . Tonight was by far my worse experience here and even…read morethough it's at the corner of my street I will never shop at Walmart again . First got a message on app says the TV in my order is now out of stock figured ok they will fix this . Called and got the run around . Then was told to come in . Went in and everyone said they couldn't substitute item or get it shipped to my house like it says on the app because it's out of stock . Only option on line was to ship to home but unavailable for shipping pops up . Finally got them to cancel the TV from my order and give me the Nintendo switch, games and controllers from my order. Now got a message saying they have a hold on my account for the 554.31 for up to 10 days so won't have the money back for the TV until after Christmas and kids won't have there present now till that goes back on my card . I shop at Walmart about 4 or 5 times a week but will go else wear for now on

Moment I walked in, I noticed that you needed to put a quarter in to get a cart. Immediately I realized, oh this is kinda like an Aldi. Problem is 1) I don't like Aldi 2) I never carry change on me. I had to walk back to my car and look for change and luckily I found a quarter in the cup holder. I gave the store a chance. Yes, it did have some good deals but I just didn't feel like getting in line just for a few things I found cheaper than the supermarket I go to.

I came to Save A Lot one day because 1) I was bored one day and I always driven by wondering if it…read morewas any good and 2) i once looked on instacart and it showed it sold pineapple nectar. My mom loves that and it causes me to routinely drive all the way to Fort Wayne to buy it, which is a long drive. So I came in hoping to find a local store that would save me some long trips. I looked around and could not find it, and a helpful store employee helped. After looking he asked his manager who said they didn't carry it. Well... that sucks. Still, the place does have certain things my family buys at a reduced price compared to other stores. This is especially the case for soda/pop. It also has an extensive pie section and sells peach pie my mother has come to love. So all in all, it was worth the trip coming here.
