I pulled in, tried to use my credit card, it no longer has chip reader card scanners only tap to pay. When I did tap to pay it added $50 to my bill! When I told them about it the I overcharge they printed a receipt and said, it is just an error with your card, it will work itself out when you log back in. So obviously they know about this and NO IT DIDN'T work itself out. So know I have to wait 72 to file a dispute with my card holder. NEVER GO THERE, THEY ARE INTENTIONALLY overcharging there customers and hoping they don't notice

The store itself underwent a remodel of some sort about a year or so ago and yet it looks in need of an update already. The cashier is usually pretty nice and helpful depending on who it is but the store never feels clean. The selection of products seems to be pretty limited compared to what it was about a year ago as well. I used to stop in here quite a bit but rarely stop in for anything other than fuel anymore. With them being on a corner along with two other fuel stops I just find what I need elsewhere.

It's a bit more expensive than other gas stations but if you are in a hurry, and just got done shopping at Meijer, best just to pump it here. Store also sells firewood and salt (at least it was during winter) which is pretty necessary... and if your in a time crunch again you should just buy it.

Just wanted a simple, easy to use weapon. I advised him i had never owned a gun before and just wanted to have something in case the worst happened. I ended up choosing the Springfield Xdm-9mm because of his recommendation and because the other gun he recommended carried a much smaller clip. The process was really simple. Fill out a bunch of paperwork for the background check. Then i also took out the credit card which allowed me to pay it back with no interest within a year. Whole process was less than an hour. Only issue with the experience was i couldn't buy any ammo, as there seemed to have been a real shortage at the time. Still can't blame them for that. Now, i need to go find a gun range and get some practice.

My wife gently rode the ATV around the property a few times. When she stopped, I noticed the left front wheel facing a different direction then it should have been. She called the store immediately as we had only had this ATV for a few hours at max and only have .4 miles on this ATV. They told us we could bring it back for a refund or wait until Monday to talk to their mechanic. So, the next day we talked to the mechanic and he told us they was suppose to give us warranty info and take down our contact information for the ATV purchase. So we loaded up the ATV and took it back Monday morning, while almost there the mechanic told us that since we rode it, they will not take it back.... Now, he is telling us we have to bring it back again so they can take pictures and see if its covered by the warranty! On a BRAND NEW ATV!!??? This is completely ridiculous! I was planning on buying a $30,000 tractor from them, but after this, I will go somewhere else. After contacting the store manager, he told us that they should have offered a extended warranty, but they did not. Nor did the store manager offer for us a chance to purchase the warranty, but he at least apologized for the issue. We also did not receive any kind of title or any information whether we would be getting it in the mail. So, after the run-a-round from Rural King, I contacted Coleman directly. They immediately replied back, apologized for the issues, and are sending replacement parts to our house. If it wasn't for Coleman, we would be stuck with a damaged, brand new ATV. UPDATE 8/28/2020 - Issue still unresolved! No help from Rural King except the mechanic has told us multiple times on the phone that this may not be under warranty! Now going to look into other avenue to get resolution.

Thanksgiving weekend = lots of food = lots of food comas…read more When you have a gluttonous lunch meal followed by an even more outrageous dinner where napping is not an option, you need a little perk-me-up. J and I were driving around Lima, eagerly hoping to come across the green siren and secretly wishing that we wouldn't have to resort to caffeine from the golden arches. While Starbucks doesn't seem to have made it to Lima yet (I am hopeful - they just got a 5 Guys and a Chipotle this year!), Biggby Coffee stepped in nicely. A lot of their menu looks to be very sweet coffee drinks (ala s'mores lattes and the like), but they do have a great selection of Harney & Sons teas and do make non-fat and soy lattes. This location even had Splenda! And glorious free WiFi, which was welcomed after a few days of the worst T-Mobile reception in history. Plus, their staff were the friendliest people I had encountered all weekend. I'm impressed, Biggby Lima! I'll most likely be seeing you next Thanksgiving!
