I contacted them last week to ask about care training courses near me and wanted to know what they provided. I wanted face to face training with experienced trainers, I don't use e-learning. The person I spoke to was really knowledgable and answered all my questions about care training courses and safeguarding training courses. I was given different options for training and could choose to go to one of their set courses or have them in house in our care home. It was easier for us to have the training courses in house. They sent me the information that I needed about courses so I was able to look at this and have booked with them. There was no problems at all with the enquiry or booking, very good to deal with, looking forward to the training courses.
