Charmian the assessor is also amazing at her job, from making you feel so comfortable when she comes to the practice to observe to marking workbooks and always giving lots of feedback on what you did well and what you need to improve on. They both made getting the qualification so much easier and I can't thank them enough. Glenn the managing director of the academy is equally as helpful as Elaine and Charmian. Glenn has always been happy to help me with any queries regarding the course and got back to me so quickly any time I emailed. The matter had the benefit of legal aid and he worked within the constraints of the system. The transcript was very precise, when i phoned him to thank for the prompt service it turns out that he and his team have been doing this sort of work since 1993 and has worked on some very serious top level cases so he has the knowledge and understanding. I went back to ILB Transcription Services as we obtained funding to check the interpretation at the interview and then had the transcribed interview record transcribed in to our clients Urdu. Will use again. Interesting for a chat if nothing else - very special character. ILB Transcription would get 5 stars but my other half would think I was being too generous! Last bit of advice make sure you speak to Anthony Austin, he has his finger on the pulse.
