If I could give 0 stars I would! I placed an order 100 days ago with Paislee's Closet and as a first time customer I am disgusted and disappointed with the lack of communication from this company! I have reached out multiple times inquiring about the status of my order and all they can say is that we are behind! I understand there was a small waiting time for what I ordered but this is outrageous! I am all about shopping from local and/or small businesses but poor service - is just that... POOR SERVICE AND POOR MANAGEMENT! Don't tell me that you are moving my order up because of my wait to tell you that you bleach 600-800 pieces a day! Reached out to company for info and they gave me the generic "backed up on orders, order will be processed soon" requested a refund but they said they couldn't because they'd already done my order yet as of 2/14 still hadn't received an order. First, I ordered on October 29,2022, I finally received it on December 8,2022.. I opened it as soon as I received it because I was so excited and I was immediately upset, disappointed and frustrated. As you can see in the picture I posted it looks horrible and NOTHING like the picture advertised on the website. You can't read any of the words except BABY. I immediately emailed the company on 12/8/2022, I was asked to email them a picture of what I received from Pressley Heat, I immediately emailed the picture to her as requested on 12/8/2022 and then no response, I had to send that same email 3 more times and finally received a response on 12/13/2022 from Pressley Heat stating that "We have sent your images to our owner for review, we will reach out with her response as soon as possible". I HAVE YET TO RECEIVED A RESPONSE, I emailed again on 12/17, 12/20 & again today 12/27 and STILL NOTHING!!! It's been 2 weeks since I received the last response, it doesn't take 2 weeks to look at the photos I provided. They know the shirt they sent me is pure garbage and now they don't want to honor and stand by their work!!! I am extremely pissed off and will be leaving reviews every where I can. Like several others, I'd give zero stars if I could. I ordered from this company 90 days ago with no response from them until I reached out about my order to ask for a refund. Conveniently, they have a "no refund" policy. No refund and no product. Must be nice to take money for a product and then have no responsibility or repercussions when you don't provide the product to the customer. Sounds like stealing to me.
