The hat was marked down from around $24.00. First, I got the wrong size. I gave them 2 stars, because they reshipped the correct size. I've waited for over a week for an item to ship from a company that is approximately one hour from me. Like any other paying customer, I've made some calls to the company to inquire about my order. Lastly, I sent an email to the company. My email was professional.This must have struck a nerve with the owner. His attitude was terrible. He told me I call over and over again for just an $8.00 hat. Regardless of the cost, it was an item that I paid for. He sent me a very unprofessional email and text, nothing like I'd expect from a business owner.
