I've got to say that the pizza here was just wonderful. I had the four seasons pizza (Pizza Cuatre Estacion)... the crust is what made it a truly memorable pie. The ingredients were fresh and (mostly) locally sourced, so that was a plus, as well. My wife's soup (Crema de Melò) was served cold and was tremendously refreshing! We shared that, so she also had a codfish salad (Amanida de Bacalla). It was wonderfully nuanced, it's saltiness expertly offset by tiny scoops of a lime-celery sorbet, made a few blocks away. About the sorbet - don't knock it! It really worked well with the other flavors in this salad, playing splendidly with the Romesco sauce. Our friend's Raviolone Pizzaiola was equally delectable. So... what's not to love? Well... the desserts. While good, none rose to the five-star rating.
Oh - and our waitress was lovely! She was fast and efficient. She was a hoot! We enjoyed this place so much, we came back for lunch a few days later, opting for the same menu items (and skipping dessert). Give them a try!
