Lucky for me, Google brought Steve's company up and because he had such a good rating, I gave him a call. Steve thought the new motherboard would take a week to order/arrive but it was here in 4 days & he came over the day he got it and got my PC back up and running! His labor was $180 (2 hours/2 trips to my house) & the motherboard was $100. That was a small price to pay for him to be able to save all the work, photos, music, movies I had on my hard drive! If you ever think your computer has burned out & died, call Steve before buying a new one and starting everything (re-installing everything & re-doing tons of work) over.

They were rude, lazy and you had to go through a 30-minute conversation with someone before you can even schedule. Needless to say, we dumped them. Then I blew out my computer. I waited and waited to find someone to help me with my computer. I was so scared I was going to have to deal with another horrible experience. Then, I found Eastwind Computers and I just love the store. It has everything for computers; especially, build your own. The gentlemen we dealt with were very nice and friendly. They fixed my computer the next day, called me to tell me my computer was fixed, and for a very minimal fee. I found my new computer place. :)

They were excellent in all ways, but one: Instead of shrinking some of the images to the size I requested and then print them, they printed them and then cut some of them down to size. This took a lot of the image of each piece of art away. This cost me $100.00 for something I can not use. Note: I absolutely abhor giving bad reviews. I wish they had called me to okay the cutting before they did it, but they didn't. I would rate how they treated me with five stars along with their effort for good communication. I would rate the end result with a single star. but I gave them two instead. I'm sorry to post this negative review. I'm glad to know that there are many five star reviews.
