They helped me with a custom designed tri-fold card recently which turned out beautifully and little did I know they were actually going to fold all the cards for me too! They contacted me before printing the cards to let me know that the logo was pixelated so I could fix the issue before the order was complete. The only thing that concerned me was when I asked about sustainable practices they seemed to be less informed than I would have liked. STORY: Our large t-shirt order(500+) was placed and paid for in full with a detailed list of requirements and photos of the designs needed on May 13th 2017. After many phone calls and e-mails that were full of excuses from 503Print I did not receive my order till July 10. When I started going through my order there were so many errors and missing shirts that I had to contact them and they said they would "make it right". Another month and more empty promises on delivery dates and I finally get the replacement shirts for the order. The "replacement shirts" had issues as well, missing shirts, misprints, and they had even snuck some of my returned errors from the original order that I had brought back to try and bulk up the replacement order. After more than 4 months of waiting and excuses I still do not have a complete order or refund form my missing and misprinted items. I have contacted them yet again for pointing out these issue and only requesting a refund for the missing and misprinted shirts nothing more. I been contacting them daily via phone calls, text and e-mails, and haven't heard back from them in a week and a half.
