AFTER we agreed that I wasn't going to be his client Doug provided me with expert advice and a recommendation to a service company that I ended up using. Most advertising firms worth their salt will give you a free consultation. Fish marketing followed up this free consultation with extremely useful advice and a referral at no cost. This is a five star company. ::AFTER:: he heard my story and we knew it wasn't the right fit Doug continued to provide phenomenal customer service and helped me to understand internet marketing. I recommend this company to anyone around Portland if you are looking for a no BS person to help satisfy your needs. IF I were looking for a full spectrum marketing firm I would DEFINATELY use Fish Marketing.

They were excellent in all ways, but one: Instead of shrinking some of the images to the size I requested and then print them, they printed them and then cut some of them down to size. This took a lot of the image of each piece of art away. This cost me $100.00 for something I can not use. Note: I absolutely abhor giving bad reviews. I wish they had called me to okay the cutting before they did it, but they didn't. I would rate how they treated me with five stars along with their effort for good communication. I would rate the end result with a single star. but I gave them two instead. I'm sorry to post this negative review. I'm glad to know that there are many five star reviews.

Located on a cute section of Fremont, there are only two parking spots out front with additional free street parking nearby. Though it's a small shop, visibility to the customer area in the front isn't great, so sometimes when they're busy they don't see you right away and you have to speak up. They've been quick to respond to emails, and have a decent turnaround time regularly, with the option for a ~$25 rush fee for same-day printing. Automatic notifications go out when your order is ready for pickup. Quality has been good on the color flyers and postcards I've had printed, and I'll be looking to do a few poster boards soon so I'm hopeful those will turn out great.
