We have now used GTL Construction for several projects, and every experience has been outstanding…read more Most recently, we hired them to replace our front entry door.
We wanted to upgrade from a standard builder-grade door to a custom entry door and called GTL. Alicia took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, and Tommy promptly came out to assess our existing door. He made excellent suggestions, guided us through the available options, and provided resources that helped us choose the perfect door for our home.
Once we made our selection, the order was placed immediately. As soon as the door arrived, GTL coordinated delivery and scheduled the installation around our preferred date. Their attention to detail throughout the entire process was exceptional. They replaced the door, frame, threshold, trim, hardware, and even painted everything to match perfectly.
I was particularly concerned about removing and replacing the frame because our home has stucco exterior walls. I expected some visible signs of the work, but when Tommy was finished, it looked like the house had been built around the new door from day one. The craftsmanship was flawless.
What really stood out was Tommy's commitment to perfection. I didn't realize how many little quirks and imperfections our old door had until the new one was installed. We had simply grown accustomed to them over the years. Now, it's genuinely satisfying to open and close a perfectly fitted, precisely tuned door that operates effortlessly. Tommy is truly a craftsman and a perfectionist in the best possible way.
Alicia was equally wonderful to work with. She was responsive, organized, and kept us on track with all the selections, colors, hardware options, and details needed to keep the project moving smoothly.
In addition, we have two custom-built gates that were showing their age but are incredibly unique and meaningful to us. My wife convinced Tommy to take on the challenge of rebuilding them. I'm not even sure if that's a service they normally offer, but they wanted to help. The rebuilt gates are better than new and will likely last for many years to come.
It's rare to find a company that combines exceptional craftsmanship, great communication, reliability, and genuine pride in their work. GTL Construction delivers on all of it. We would not hesitate to recommend them and will absolutely use them again for future projects.
