Robin Harris assisted us with materials, etc., and we gladly (at the time) ended up spending over $6,500.00 on a couch, ottomans, arm covers, and a couple of chairs (one a showroom closeout model). We were told it would take "a few months" to complete the order, since most of it was a custom order, and we could expect delivery in Jan 2020. We left with excited anticipation. Unfortunately, that was short-lived. Granted, this past year has been difficult for everyone, but it's been like pulling teeth with this vendor - especially Robin Harris. Martha (another employee) has attempted to be helpful; however, phone calls are not answered, and voicemails are not returned as a general rule (by either of them). We have been told on no less than a dozen occasions over the past year (when we WERE able to contact someone) that our order would be ready by a certain date - only to subsequently be told it would "take a few more weeks". Repeated attempts to have our order finalized have fallen on deaf ears (we STILL do not have the arm covers as agreed to, which were specifically requested as part of our order). We have been very patient, but our patience has about run out with Home Comfort Gallery in Troy. It has been over a year since we placed our order, and the order has been fully paid off. I would definitely NOT recommend shopping at Home Comfort Gallery in Troy, OH. It's all about the sale, but follow-up customer service is extremely lacking (to say the least). As a result of the extremely poor customer service we've received, and items that were paid for but not delivered, we will be turning this matter over to the OH Attorneys General for investigation, and will be filing a grievance with the BBB for this company's deceptive business practices. BEWARE!

Everything looked good after they finished the job, but after winter, I started noticing bubbles developing on the paint, but it was only on two sides of my two-story house. I contacted Eco Renovations, and they brought out two SW Representatives. When the test returned, Sherwin said debris was under the paint, causing the bubbles. Eco came out, popped the bubbles, and painted over the area. The final result did not fix the issue. They are now refusing to correct it. Now, their sales representative is trying to use gaslighting and intimidation to get me to remove my online reviews. Number one, I expect quality work if I pay contractors a large amount of money to perform a job. Number two, I expect professional behavior. My predicament is urgent, as I need to sell my home, but the exterior damage caused by Eco-Renovation is hindering its marketability. I invested a significant amount, nearly $5665, in Eco-Renovation to paint my house. However, they are now refusing to take responsibility for the paint issue and are instead blaming the previous contractor. They are trying to use Sherwin and Williams to back up their story. Even a paint company should know that you need to sand and prime before you paint. They are using gaslighting and demand that I remove my reviews.

We have Anderson windows but they were installed when the house was built in 1987. Some were ok, some needed some work and some needed to be replaced. Seals, caulking, rebuild a sliding glass doors, all new interior handles and 3 windows were too far gone so they were replaced with new construction windows. The good stuff: They are an Anderson window distributor and installer. They know these windows and know how to work on them. And they are a very friendly group to work with. They did excellent work and the windows and sliding glass doors all work like new. The not-so-good. They don't communicate at all. I had to call and call to get any information, even if they planned to show up to work! In spite of the communication issue, I'd certainly use them to work on any Anderson windows.
