One day of prep pulling back rocks from the foundation and power washing the exterior. On the paint day they covered all the windows and everything else that needed protecting. The quality of the paint job was fantastic. Excellent prep with clean lines around windows and our outdoor BBQ Grill. Applied two full coats of paint and back rolled to make sure everything was fully coated. They used top notch Dunn Edwards Evershield paint with two tones. Cleanup was good with minor landscaping rock needing flattened out by us.

He was done in 2 days. He did it the right way....power washed the stucco, patched the stucco, scraped the the flaking paint off the wood trim, primed around the new windows, covered the doors and windows,cleared the rock and soil from the stem wall. Then he painted. 2 coats. 1 sprayed on 1 rolled on, for full coverage. After they cleaned and removed all of the drop cloths and spray barriers, they put my potted plants and BBQ back into place. Our development has an HOA, so I kept the same paint color. I didn't realize how faded my house paint was, until now. Big difference. Looks great.
