I had his business come to strip the wallpaper and paint. I think in his haste to get the job done…read morein one week, quality suffered. It seemed like he was bringing whoever could come along to help. Screw holes not all spackled and sanded, wall anchors all painted over rather than punched in and speckled, several paint drippings. Above all the doors there were slice marks in the drywall like they cut the taped paper off. The wooden rafters in the living room had paint all over the ends. Sloppy job. He did do a nice job of patching over an outlet box for a no longer existing light switch and fixed a patch of mold under one window. But I spent the following week fixing everything. I do not recommend for painting.

Bought specific amount of coverage for room size to include 10% average rate of waste per recommended calculations. Near 48 sqft of plank flooring was wasted. Tech argued with customer, that his way was the right way. Business did not take our complaints seriously, instead validated the techs work was done right and good. We had to redo the floor completely because the product that the tech wasted was discontinued. We also had to pay someone else to place the floor and the job was done right! I will never use this business again nor recommend this business to people.

The quality of products is fantastic so one star for excellent selection. I found this place to have almost everything a homeowner or business professional needs for a remodel. What I don't like: They are missing the most important part of any business "recipe". They have very poor customer service. Once you walk in the door you're eyed up and down, which is the last thing any customer needs to experience. Next, you'll walk through a completely empty store because the staff has left area. So they see you and yet they ignore your presence. No one talked to me on my first visit. I thought maybe they were having a bad day plus I had just gotten done helping my father move so maybe I didn't look the part of a buying customer so I wasn't their priority. So on my next visit, because I was interested in purchasing from their store, I dressed up like a business professional. Unfortunately, it was the same story just a different day. Upon opening the door, I heard cursing coming from the office/room to the left of the entrance. I wasn't acknowledged. I had to ask for assistance. The impression I got was - I was a bother. And, why would you have questions about the products. I wouldn't wish this kind of treatment on anyone. I can't recommend this store because their customer service has serious flaws. Do yourself a favor and go to Canterbury in Manhatten, KS. You'll receive the customer service you deserve and your questions are welcome.
