Five Stars - Outstanding Work and Service!…read more From the very beginning, Lucas stood out among the rest. He was incredibly responsive and provided a quote and detailed estimate far more promptly than anyone else I contacted. His professionalism and communication never wavered throughout the entire process. He kept me informed every step of the way and went the extra mile by offering paint color recommendations that truly helped us choose the perfect shades for both the interior and exterior of our home. Lucas showed up every day and worked diligently, treating our home with care and attention. He went above and beyond by repairing cracks in our ceiling--something that many others might have overlooked. His commitment to quality was obvious in every detail. By the time he was done, our house looked completely refreshed--like new again! What impressed me most was his dedication to customer satisfaction. When he finished, he told me to be as "picky as possible"--and he genuinely meant it. He even offered to return for any touch-ups I might notice later. That level of care and confidence in his work is rare and so appreciated. I would recommend Lucas without hesitation--100%! I'm already planning to have him back when it's time to paint the rest of our rooms. Truly excellent work. Thank you, Lucas!

The construction crew was very fast and thorough and left every area of our yard and house looking clean after renovations were complete. After removing a 26-year-old two-story wood deck from our home that was riddled with dry rot, we were struggling to figure out a next step that fit into our budget. Replacing the deck was going to cost us upwards of $30k so we started looking into other options. Throughout our research process, TC was very helpful and readily available to answer all my questions about design ideas and building permits etc. When we decided to replace our upstairs door with a window instead of putting in a deck, TC was able to quickly come out to view our home in person and take measurements; he also sent an invoice shortly afterward. The entire process only took a few days once our new window was ordered. The main foreman Antonio was especially friendly and easy to work with. We were impressed at how closely the stucco repairs match our original stucco exterior and the interior areas look like they've always been there as they are so seamless. The crew even put in extra hours the first day of renovations to make sure everything was watertight before a big rainstorm hit. We're very pleased with our new window and exterior and will definitely be recommending Armor Tek to our friends and family.

I ended up finding three contractors that all looked excellent from those reviews and called each for a bid. One said he was familiar with the model and didn't need to come out to quote it. I asked him to do so because there were a couple of repairs that we wanted done at the same time. He asked us to send pictures because he was too busy. I scratched him off the list. The next said he couldn't come out for two or three weeks and that he could give me a call. I passed. I called Straitline Painting next and was pleasantly surprised when someone actually answered the phone. I spoke with Cody, the president of the company and he told me he was very interested in quoting the job and wanted to know if it would be okay if he came out the next morning. We met and he walked the house with us. He was on time and as we walked through the house pointing out some of the areas that needed some extra attention he was very engaged and seemed genuinely interested in giving us the best advice he's could after many years in the industry. He gave us a professionally prepared detailed and fair bid within 2 days and we gave him the job . He even helped us finalize the paint colorto take into account the way the sunlight comes into the home and took the time to show us some of the differences room to room that paint color selection can make. (We ultimately selected a color based on his input.) He and his painter Jerome took a little less than a week to finish the job but I could tell from the beginning that they were pros. Rosin paper down all around and everything masked to prevent any over spray or damage to our property. They spent a good amount of time on that but it clearly paid off. The house was cleaner when they left then when they started. I'm attaching a handful of photos of the finished product but I will tell you we could not be happier with the work that was done or with the interaction that we had with Cody - very responsive and pleasant to deal with there is no doubt in my mind that his very first priority is to make sure that his customers are completely satisfied with the work his company has done for them. We will absolutely call him first the next time we have another painting or drywall patch/repair job to be done. Thank you Cody for the good work and your input in making this job a success.
