The moment I walked in I was asked the 2 questions (because he didn't have his "vest on". After answering the staff employees and the store employees were satisfied. Then they let the local; Karen start berating me about the vest. FYI, it's a federal law that 1.) the service animal doesn't have to be in any special vest. I found it just attracts more attention to my animal. But Karen couldn't let it go she felt the need to tell me what to do. 2.) that is against Federal ADA laws. No customer may ask about the animal only staff employee may ask. But since she was a local the staff allowed her to keep arguing with me about a vest which you can literally just buy off Amazon. The vest doesn't make a difference in him preforming his duties if I have an attack. I swear I need cards to hand out to dumb people that don't know ADA rules and laws. And think that their opinion of my life is any of their business. Should I report them to the Feds? For not stopping a different customer questioning my health information and telling me what to do with my service animal. Then no help was provided with when we asked where things were. All they did is go to the cash register and complain about me, while I'm liters shopping and spending money in your local small business. Oh btw the taco shop next door was 30 minutes late opening.
