Went in to get a special order recently and the employee told me I had to go in the back room and get it myself. Went in another time and asked where something was that I couldn't find, and the employee behind the counter on her phone just took my phone and looked at what I was looking for and acted like she was doing me a favor by telling me what aisle it is. Then when you check out the rude employee doesn't even say a word to you, and immediately leans back up against the counter so she can play on her phone.

I spent $634 and change on a STHIL MS 391 and a six pack of oil. I thought I had found a good saw store for years to come. On May 3rd 2021 I dropped off a STIHL 017 for him (Mike? 45-50 years old) to look at. He barely gave me the time of day and said the saw was pretty old, which I thought was strange, but I thought he was just having a bad day. I just picked it up today, June 22nd, and after almost 2 months he never even looked at my saw. I don't know if I didn't look right, didn't have the right last name or if he just doesn't want new business? I just got cleared to buy another new saw and I know where I will not be going. -Ryan
