Across 2 visits and 4 phone calls, she regularly interrupted me, told me I was wrong, and made me feel unwelcome. I'm 36, and this is honestly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The good news is that Dr. Zonshayn has an excellent bedside manner, is clearly an expert in his field, and he gave me a cortisone shot that helped ease my pain. He goes out of his way to actively listen to what is going on for a patient and never ceases to do his personal best to bring pain relief in a safe fashion to his Patients. I have visited two of their offices one in Horsham and the one that I go to primarily in Huntingdon Valley. Everyone there is courteous and genuinely shows interest in doing their best to make the best out of a not so great situation. I have never felt as though I was just another number coming through the door, and it is clearly obvious that everyone involved genuinely wants to do their best to help make the pain that is present as bearable as possible, without being too aggressive and turning people into zombies . Dr. Chad Metzger, has been a lifesaver, and I would highly recommend him to anyone to make life much more manageable and in many cases as normal as it can be considering what it's like to live with pain 24/7 I find it, encouraging that his approach is both prudent and conservative and beyond just dispensing medication. Dr. Metzger, is helpful with making recommendations for total health, including mind, body and soul. I cannot speak more highly about him and again would recommend him to anyone with chronic pain.

Mom has been in chronic pain for the past 10 years, with several unsuccessful operations she can hardly walk, take care of her home, she had to stop driving and she is in constant pain she doesn't sleep. Yesterday she went to see DR. NIDHI AGRAWAL (again) to get a refill on her pain medication because she just cant take the pain any more. NIDHI AGRAWAL refused my mother her pain medication, told her the Lyrica mom is taking should help her and left her at that. This is the third time mom has seen NIDHI AGRAWAL and all this woman can do is write an rx for Colace, a stool softener that you can get at Walmart for .99! Twice mom thought she was given an rx for her regular pain medication and was given a prescription for stool softener!! NIDHI AGRAWAL IS A DISGRACE OF "PAIN DOCTOR", HAS NO PEOPLE SKILLS LET ALONE CARE FOR ANYONE IN REAL PAIN! What is mom going to do, hobble down to the corner and hock her Percocet??? Dr. Jane "The Healer"…read more Dr. Jane at DonneFIT PT and VT, I call her "The Healer". I started PT after knee surgery, as I began to heal I was crossing the street and was hit by a car. Dr. Jane and the staff at DonnFIT where there for me. I was in bad shape. They don't just treat you like a number they treat the injury along with any area that is affecting your injury and whatever is keeping you from getting better. I have received treatment for knees, back, head, shoulder, and the bands/ligaments that hold them together in addition to Vestibular Therapy. I don't know what I would do Dr. Jane and the knowledge she freely provides Her therapy has provided me with great pain relief and given me hope for a pain free future. I was armed with the tools necessary to get better and to stay better. Over the years I've been to other top PT centers in the region with little success. I was given a few exercises, thrown in a corner to do them alone. DonneFIT does not treat you like this. Like your are just a number. They truly care about you.
