I genuinely thought I would…read morehave a great time at this place, but each and everyone here is lazy, two-faced, and so full of themselves. Speaking as a student who used to go here, i am going to be blunt. The school is run by a family and those who are either their favorites or are very close to them get prioritized and specially treated. It seems that the staff make it very obvious who their favorites are and just dont care about anybody else. It takes various calls to get them to finally listen and even then they do the bare minimum just to get you out the way. I absolutely hate family-run places for these reasons. Additionally, the junior teachers are decent in providing education but the highschool teachers, on the other hand, are a different topic entirely. This school revolves entirely on the idea of "Leadership" and forces everyone to take the subject called "Leadership" or some other wack ass name that includes the concept of leadership and "7 habits of productive teens". Whats worse is that every highschooler has to take this unneccesary subject EVERY YEAR FOR ALL FOUR HIGHSCHOOL YEARS. I could have learnt 2 entire fcking languages with all that time. And the students are just as awful. Speaking as a student who has not once been considered among the "favorites", it is difficult to be noticed and make friends in a school like this. Everyone here has connections and if you didnt meet anyone in kindergarten then you are doomed to be friendless. Drama and bullying also happens here. If any other review with five stars says otherwise, then take my word that they are most definitely a "favorite". The only good thing in this god awful school is that no fights ever happen. But even then, only arguments occur. Many talk behind others backs while others straight up bully. No one bats an eye as it seems they are afraid to step up or are taking a pleasure in the scene. The school says " wE aRE aN A rAtED ScHOol!" but that is because some of their students are beyond stupid that they resort to cheating in all their state tests. I think the principle knows this and just doesnt care. In my opinion, Staff: 0/10 Teachers: 4/10 Education: 6/10 Atmosphere: 4/10 Bullying: 10/10 PLEASE take my word. I dont think the teachers and staff here seem to care about mental health or anyone who isnt their favorite. If you read any 4-5 star review saying how much they love this school, then they are likely either a favorite who got prioritzed and didnt have to suffer from bullying or a parent who doesnt know their kid is hiding their pain from them. Please I am trying to save your child from experiencing 4 years of adolescent hell.

Jennifer McKee over the sped department is a liar and she not a good director thus far. the superintendent Carolyn sawyer smh the act she put on of caring for my son smh its crazy my son has been with going without instruction because they went back on them paying for district placement because I filed duo process which they are mad so there attorney says I'm lying about all that has went on and in the same breath wanted me to be quiet about the school but I'm not they should be shut down and defunded by the government. not to mention they loose the good teachers they had because of the way they go about running the school.
