I ordered the Banana brulee Cold Foam, and it was incredibly refreshing and packed with the perfect blend of flavors, topped with fresh bananas. It was absolutely delicious! The bread completely surprised me. It was evenly baked, incredibly moist, and somehow crafted to pure perfection. The ice cream was a treat as well, but honestly, everything we tried was phenomenal. We can't wait until our next trip to Massachusetts just so we can enjoy a few more bites. I also loved the purple theme throughout the cafe, although maybe I'm a little biased since purple happens to be my birthstone! One of my favorite touches was the owners' book, where you can see pictures and learn more about their story. It really adds a personal touch to the experience. They don't like me and I'm a people pleaser which is a toxic combo but I think that's what you pay for at the S*nk. You also pay for the sometimes good but often kind of bad music that they play into the S*nk seating area which is lit with a red light? Kind of makes you feel like a rotisserie chicken which I guess is kinda cool. I like their drink names, so fun. Cinny Vanilly is so fun to say but a little foolish when you have to say it out loud. The best drink is probably the Hot Karl (but cold!). The Lucy in the Chai was just okay (the chai part is not great) and the Soylent Green was also just okay. I honestly think I subtracted one star because I know if I applied to be a barista here I would not get the job.
