There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The food is plated nicely and looks so delicious that we wanted to order other dishes! We'll have to come back. There is an open pizza kitchen and an open kitchen for all the other food. Two of us came for dinner on a Sunday night, on 2023-06-25. Since there were only two of us, and for photography purposes, we ordered 3 appetizers and 1 dessert. We will have to come back with more people for their pizza, which, incidentally, looks very appetizing. We ordered the following: 1. Grilled Lamb Chops ($19) with Salsa Verde. It comes with 4 pieces. Each additional piece costs +$4. We ordered 2 additional pieces. 2. Brie & Bread ($18). Warm Brie + Fresh Figs + Spiced Honey + Grilled Sourdough + Maldon Sea Salt + Charred Rosemary. 3. Fried Calamari ($17). Lemon + Warmed Arrabbiata Sauce. 4. Deconstructed Cheesecake ($11). Whipped Cream + Graham Crumble + Seasonal Compote. You might think that prices are on the high side but prices have risen a lot over the past 12 months so I think the prices are reasonable. For the Lamb Chops appetizer, my mother didn't like the Salsa Verde taste, but I did, so I ended up eating 5 out of the 6 pieces. The small pieces made it easy to pick up each piece by hand if you wished to do so. For the Brie & Bread appetizer, the Brie comes as a whole circular cheese block. It is so warm that you can see the steam, and cheese pulls are easy. The cheese is much better than at another fine dining restaurant that serves Brie and Figs. The Figs were fresh and tasty. It only comes with 2 pieces of sourdough bread. You'll probably want more bread. You can ask for one plate of extra bread; they didn't tell us this until I asked. The Fried Calamari was so good that my mom ate 80% of it! The Arrabbiata Sauce was a perfect fit. The Deconstructed Cheesecake was delightful and made a perfect end to such a delicious dinner! It looked beautiful when served on a blue plate. Each location is franchised. They opened this 4th location on 2023-06-01. There is a special room that can host parties, like birthdays, bar mitzvahs, corporate meetings, etc. There is even a USB port where you can plug in your laptop to project onto their large-screen TV. There is free WiFi. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, except the entrance door-open buttons don't work. There are 9 gender-neutral washrooms, one of which is wheelchair accessible. There is free parking in the mall's parking lot. Review 2023-209

Great local pizza joint in St. Catherine's!…read more We got the Mac Fat Cat which was a popular menu item and a custom Hawaiian pizza. The dough was just ok, kind of a medium thickness which I wish was more fluffy, it felt kind of dense and chewy. Toppings on both pizzas were great!! The Mac Fat Cat had a good amount of sauce and tasted just like a big Mac. Our custom Hawaiian pizza also had whole cloves of roasted garlic which were incredible! I will say the Italian sausage does carry a bit of heat, but it balanced nicely with the pineapple and onion. The onion rings were good, but the beer battered mushrooms were a highlight off of the menu! Nice and crispy battered exterior and juicy mushroom interior with a yummy garlic dipping sauce to go with it! The broccoli didn't hold up as nicely as the mushrooms but were still tasty. We also got the Honey Cajun and Honey Garlic wings, both were great! The Honey Cajun was a dry rubbed wing but was a good amount of sweet and spicy. Special shout-out to the workers at this place! The guy actually messed up our order and accidentally made us a small instead of a medium pizza so he ended up giving us an extra pizza for free!

Top-tier pizza and friendly service, with board games and a jukebox to keep the kids busy while we waited. Fat Cat's is a small town gem and we loved it. Our initial choice was closed, so we figured we'd give Di's Pizza Pies a shot. The place was minutes from closing down for the day, but they did have a couple slices of Pepperoni ("Red Sauce, Mozzarella, Battistoni Cup and Char Pepperoni, Pecorino") left, so we ordered one each and waited as they were heated up. I was a little skeptical as the slice was handed to me, as it looked a little pathetic and super dry. My worries proved to be unfounded as it's a delicious slice of 'za. (Would it have been better fresh? Of course.) The plentiful pepperoni is the big star here, as it's flavorful and irresistibly crispy. The rest of the pie complements it quite well, and though I was expecting to only eat a few bites, I wound up scarfing the whole thing down in record time. If I'm ever in the area again, you know I'm going to stop by and order a whole pie.

Please note that this pizza is NOT CHEAP. One slice ended up being over 10 CAD. And to justify the price they don't even have tables or chairs. The cost seems to be mainly in the "vibe" of the place: custom pizza boxes and stylish interior. Also, my toddler refused to eat it. We had to walk to Pizza Pizza to get a slice for her.
