Ask me how I was gonna ride it, started prying into personal things, asking me if I went to church and lots of other personal questions. Told me he was gonna preach at me while he was working and was gonna charge me to do so, informed him that i would appreciate it if he didn't, I just wanted the bike put together and would pay. Promptly hung up on me. Absolute bell end, unprofessional, and treats disabled veterans like we are less then human because we need help.

They were always perfect and one thing that most impressed me were the short prayer he always said on the phone when we finished. I still did give extra though, because I do live off the beaten path a bit, and was so appreciative that he could accommodate me so fast.
