Left voicemails and even called the hotline for help like it says to and left voicemails and STILL HAVE NOT gotten a call back ! My dog could be dying and they won't answer ! Or return calls . Only reason I used them is because it's the closest one to me . But I will be getting my dogs records and finding somewhere else ! Terrible customer service !

I wouldn't put my trust in this veterinarian he killed my dog that I know her with an abscess tooth…read moregave me medication for her and it didn't seem to take the swelling down I took her to another vet they told me my dog had cancer and I called four rivers back and told them what the doctor said and they're so called nurse convinced me that that doctor lied that she had an abscess tooth and that tooth need to come out it was costing her pain so I took her in for surgery and he called me told me they wanted the euthanize her I told him no I wanted to see her and when I got there they wouldn't let me in they came outside told me that he went in the cardiac arrest and died at that point I lost it that dog was my whole world and I looked him straight in the eye I said she had cancer and he said I believe so everyone knows cancer will spread once they're open up at that point they still wouldn't let me go in they said they wanted to clean up they said they did mouth the mouth which is expectation and everything to try and save her but when I see my baby and seen all that blood in her mouth I knew they didn't do melt the mouth on her and I knew at that point they euthanize her I didn't know what to do he was a big dog and I knew I couldn't get her buried and the nose Melissa says we can help you with that which I thought they were going to pay to have her cremated but they didn't they called another lady up that was off in the help with the vet bill and got the money from her and I asked Melissa straight out to make sure they don't send her halter with her I wanted it back that was all I had they called me and told me to come and pick up her remains I went to get them and I asked about the halter they couldn't find it so I called back a couple of days later to see if they found her halter Melissa said it must have been burnt with her that they told the cremation place to take the holder off of her so then I turned around and called them and they said no they was not told that that she writes down all the details and that was not said so I never got her hold to back and I told Melissa I wanted that holster that was all I had she told me well you got it not the way you wanted it but you got it back how heartless with that when I called them and told them what the other vet said instead of going through with the surgery they should have did a biopsy to see if it was cancer instead of being so sure that it was an abscess tooth and now all I got is a bucket full of ashes to look at and to this day I think about my little baby and I still cry thinking about how they done me anybody that can put a trust in this vet don't know what they're doing they can convince you of anything just like they did me and the set of charging me all that money considering the other reason I lost her they shouldn't have never done that but all they care about is that almighty dollar not the love you have for your pet and I hate telling this but it's the truth and if I didn't have to put a star I wouldn't have gave them one star cuz they're not worth it be careful who you put your trust in I'm so sorry I did I regretted everyday but I can't go back if you want a good doctor Dr Padgett it's the one to go to he's the one that told me that my baby had cancer and Melissa convinced me he lied to me I would give anything to go back to that time and have a chance to do it all over again but I don't and I don't have my little danger with me Yes that was her name there wasn't a dangerous bone in her body but that's what my granddaughter named her and so I kept that name for her May she rest in peace and know how much I love her and I'm so sorry that I didn't trust thought the pageant and let this doctor and his crew lied to me I love you danger we will see each other again one day

Yesterday, our 11 year old lab, Drake, was involved in an incident that resulted in the need of immediate care and treatment (emergency visit). Upon reaching out to Dr. Kimbrell's clinic at 8:00PM on a Saturday night, we received an almost immediate call back saying he would meet us to treat Drake. Now our sweet boy is back to being happy and healthy. We are forever grateful for Dr. Kimbrell. This facility shows the true definition of compassion when it comes to animals. We sat in the room for more than 30 minutes with no reprieve and no update as to when our appointment would actually begin. It was not a busy day as only two other customers could be seen. While I would invite that the staff are generally friendly and the building looks nice, that's where the service ends.

I was impressed and brought my second dog in the same day so they could start a record on him. Now I have my Georgia vet and my keys vet. Welllll got to say they are the best. My Shepard developed a huge cyst that I noticed at 4:00. This cyst was huge,had come to a head and was bleeding. I called them at 4 pm expecting to be told it was late and call tomorrow..... how wrong I was. They said come in as fast as you can. She was examined and the cyst was excised within the hour..... the doctor said he felt draining the cyst would be painful to the dog and suggested a twilight sleep. The whole thing from start to finish took an hour. Three days later all swelling is gone, her skin is normal in color and my dog and I are both happy. Can't say enough good things about this animal hospital......... THEY ARE THE BEST

I remember being upfront with them and telling them I didn't have the money that day and they trusted me to pay the bill, as I am an established customer, but I made SURE I paid my bill and kept my word. They treated Ms. Piggy the best they could and didn't turn me away. I will always respect them for that and the fact that they saved my Morgan. I'm extremely grateful.
