They are messy, unprofessional, do not pay their bills, then go MIA. I spent $11,055 and absolutely nothing was done. I have an attorney on it, I filed a police report, as well as a complaint with the accounting board of Iowa because she is not a licensed CPA as she told me & my business partner. A quick Google search you can find out a lot more about her and her ways. My fault not doing my diligence, but I hope to save somebody else from ever having to go through the hoops we are to have her held accountable. To top it off she has done this while my daughter is fighting her battle with cancer at St. Jude's.
