After calling more than 100 times, I would finally receive a response, only to be given misleading information. They claimed my filing had been completed, but it was actually filed more than 20 days later. When I requested a refund, I had to involve my credit card company to dispute the charge. Throughout the entire process, I had to fight for every step. They charged me $600 for services that were handled incorrectly and unprofessionally. I strongly advise students, startup founders, and small business owners to avoid using this service. Based on my experience, they made multiple errors, provided inaccurate information, and demonstrated a lack of professionalism.
