I understand there are mistakes, but she didnt take responsibility for the misinformation and tried to make up a story. Plus, every year she charges me more and I am very organized with my taxes. They only have to copy my numbers into their software. I think this will be my last year paying $250 to have my taxes done.

This bank will do ANYTHING to create an overdraft in your account. For instance, I use this bank…read morestrictly as my bill-paying account, so I keep it thin and occasionally overdraft. On 7/20/2024 I did a mobile deposit for a check in the approximate amount of 3K dollars. On 7/22/2024 my mortgage was withdrawn, which would have been covered with the check deposited. On 7/22/2024, after the mortgage was presented, the bank decided to put a "hold" on the deposited check for 7 days, creating not only a late mortgage, but a returned fee from my mortgage company as well as an overdraft at BB&T. This is a VERY deceptive and illegal practice, which also got Wells Fargo and US Bank investigated and sued a couple years ago. Do yourself a favor and look at the reviews with this bank prior to opening an account. They ARE thieves.
