The first I complained I said I don't want her calling me back Today following up. Manager called no refund she did the corrected form I explained she still stood by this uneducated tax person. I paid big bucks I should not have to tell this so called Professional how to do her job. Do not use this company DF was this preparer at Fishkill. Will NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN. I was able to sit down with a service representative (shoutout to Tyler) who answered all my questions and helped me open the accounts I needed. There really aren't words to describe the difference in the level of service you get between a local credit union and at one of the massive banks. Tyler was very friendly and easy to talk to, and I was able to get me all the information I asked for and more. I had some issues with an account a few days later, which I tried to resolve on my own. I spent about 45 minutes calling several different MHVFCU help numbers before I just gave up and emailed the rep I worked with at this branch. I had emailed after-hours but by the time I checked my emails the next morning, I'd already received a reply and they'd sorted my issue out for me. I feel confident that I can go into this branch at any time, and would be able to get any questions and concerns addressed right away. 5/5 for service and timeliness.

Don has been doing my taxes now for 20 years. His knowledge, experience and expertise has saved me a lot of money over the years and more importantly, prevented me from inadvertently running afoul with the IRS. My wife has her own business so knowing what to do and how to do it is critical. The only concern I have every year during tax time is that Don might have finally chosen to retire and I'll have to try to find another equally expert Accountant. I also spoke with tax debt relief who basically was hard selling me, had workers call me constantly looking for me to sign with them. I contacted Jerry Rossi discussed the situation and before I could say any more, he said I don't want to take your money, contact the I.R.S and discuss the situation. I contacted the I.R.
