She was very dismissive told me hot SHE pays taxes on her husbands. Like I would lie and want trouble with the IRS or NY State. I said like a dummy let me give then another chance. Told her this year SAME THING. She had last years return . She did not listen. She was rushing me very rude and didn't review with me. She had me owing much more. I called she did a corrected what thought only the state. She called said I owed 3 dollars to state. Never told me a corrected one had to be done with Federal. Called to complain see if I can get some sort of refund when I got the notice I owed LESS to the Federal she never said anything. The first I complained I said I don't want her calling me back Today following up. Manager called no refund she did the corrected form I explained she still stood by this uneducated tax person. I paid big bucks I should not have to tell this so called Professional how to do her job. Do not use this company DF was this preparer at Fishkill. Will NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN. I am sure there are great Tax Professionals there but in my case I had an unprofessional and they did not even over me. Partial refund maybe a credit for next year. I also spoke with tax debt relief who basically was hard selling me, had workers call me constantly looking for me to sign with them. I contacted Jerry Rossi discussed the situation and before I could say any more, he said I don't want to take your money, contact the I.R.S and discuss the situation. I contacted the I.R. When contacted they said they just assumed and that I need to contact the IRS. Who sends in taxes before they are reviewed and signed? The IRS sent my return to a bank with an account that doesn't exist. I'm concerned I won't ever see my return now! I will never use ExperTax again.

Now after saying that and looking at my review and seeing 5 stars, you may be wondering... After several bad experiences with the insurance industry, we changed companies. That was a short term solution, but didn't appear to be the issue. So we looked for a new agent. Realizing a lot of the issues we were having stemmed from poor communication and lack of follow-up at our long ago previous agent's office, not the actual insurance company. We moved our policies to a local agent and our new service representative was Suzanne French. To say she is awesome is an understatement. She is kind, courteous, listens and speaks in terms that are easily understandable. She is pretty funny too! She has completely changed our feeling on the insurance industry. Suzanne left the agency we met her at and we were so pleased with her service, we moved our business to follow her, which is where Emery & Web comes in... Since moving our policies to Emery & Webb, we have filed a few claims. Suzanne, as always is awesome, but we also have had the opportunity to deal with the claims department at E&W.
