Dr. Quigley didn't mess around and said we should take her to an eye specialist. She had her eye removed in 2022. 2 years later she was attacked by a pit bull off leash at Bellevue Park. Dr. Quigley took her right away. She needed surgery for the bit wounds. Again, wonderful care. We got calls on the weekend to see how she was doing. Recently she had an abscess by her left ear that suddenly appeared. We were taken in right away and again, Dr Quigley cared for her with kindness and got us on the right antibiotic. There were many other times we needed vet care and the staff and Dr. Quigley were just wonderful.

He is caring, calm and excellent about explaining things and answering questions. He takes his time going over a treatment plan and does not believe in unnecessary invasive treatments, if it can be avoided. We love the staff just as much as they are truly attentive, organized and follow through. We highly recommend Graylyn Crest and if we could give them 10 stars we would.

My cat was misdiagnosed. She has cancer that could have been caught when I pointed it out…read more initially but the vet told me it was a fatty deposit. I went back about 10 months later and told it was cancer, and after surgery to remove tumors, told it was now in her lymph nodes and will be fatal. It has now spread throughout her body. She is now dying, literally in her final days and wracked with tumors. They had said they could come out to perform home euthanasia and yet when I followed up were not available at any times in a 3 day period. They don't hesitate to charge a tremendous amount for their services. Will never go back again. Really awful, heart-breaking experience. I hope it was a one-off situation as the office staff were clearly caring.

I am writing this review to warn other pet owners…read more On December 10, 2025, I brought my dog Maximus for a health check thinking it might be teeth related... he had lumps by his mouth and then they discovered more lumps and said we had to do some lab work / it might be something bad. Bloodwork and cytology were ordered. I asked to wait for lab results before starting medication. I was advised to begin meloxicam (Metacam) and Clavamox immediately. Also stated plus it's not expensive...( life is priceless ) IF THEY WOULD HAVE WAITED FOR THE LAB WORK TO COME IN FIRST THEY WOULD HAVE SEEN HOW DANGEROUS THE PRESCRIPTION WAS FOR MY 4 pound dog because of his preexisting condition that they didn't know and I didn't know about !!!! My dog took it for TWO days and DIED in my arms within days... his health declined so rapidly before my eyes it was awful, horrific experience. When diagnostic results became available, they showed significant liver abnormalities, elevated SDMA indicating kidney compromise, pancreatitis, thrombocytopenia, and lymphoma -- conditions that increase risk with NSAID use. I wasn't informed about the dangers and side effects of MELOXICAM !! I am not posting this lightly. I believe pet owners deserve full information and the opportunity to make informed decisions before medications are started.
