No family should ever leave a hospital feeling like their loved one wasn't given every chance to survive. Paterson deserves healthcare professionals who are truly dedicated to fighting for every patient's life with compassion, urgency, and respect. I went there for my required USCIS medical exam, and the staff was completely unprepared to handle it properly. They made serious mistakes on my paperwork, including incorrect vaccine records and false dates. Because of their negligence, USCIS denied my application, and now I have to redo everything. When I went back to request a correction, instead of taking responsibility, they tried to make me sign a document to cover up their mistakes!. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and clearly not trained to handle something as important as immigration medical exams. They don't seem to care about their patients at all. This place is NOT trustworthy if you're getting your immigration medical exam, go somewhere else or risk dealing with serious consequences. USCIS deserves to know about their incompetence, and so does the community!
