The bar is a hole in the wall. The best thing about it has large TVs that's it. Watch your drinks !

Absolutely rude 'manager'. She was disrepactful and not welcoming. Unfortunately not a bar I would return to.

Just a strip mall generic bar with irish decoration. The bartender was great...friendly, talkative ( in a good way), and attentive.

I have to say, I loved the ambiance of Gavaghans. I am not entirely an Irish pub kind of girl, but…read morewhen you are in Rome you do what the Romans do, right? And in Sebring, that means you walk into the cool Irish pub on the circle and soak it all in. The interior alone makes it worth the visit. Dark wood, warm lighting, that cozy tucked-away pub feel that makes you forget you are in the middle of Florida. It feels transported. It is one of those places in Sebring that you just have to see because it is so unexpectedly cool inside. Service was great. I was there for a quick in and out, so I sat at the bar and kept it simple with a chicken Caesar salad. Nothing fancy. For the price, it was very fair, and the flavor held up. No complaints. It did exactly what it needed to do, which was give me a solid meal in a comfortable setting without overcomplicating things. Now let's talk about Sebring itself. Sebring is one of those towns in the middle of nowhere Florida where you find yourself thinking, "I wonder what it would be like to live here?" while also scratching your head a little. It reminds me of The Villages before The Villages became The Villages. There is a concept there. It is adorable. It is charming. And most of the time, it is very, very quiet. Personally, I would go stir crazy living there full time. But I can absolutely see the appeal. And to be fair, Sebring is not always sleepy. It comes alive during major events like the legendary 12 Hours of Sebring at Sebring International Raceway, which draws racing fans from all over the world. There is also the Sebring Soda Festival, the Highlands County Fair, and various car shows and seasonal events that suddenly flood the town with energy. During those times, I imagine the entire vibe shifts. If I were to come back, it would be for one of those big events or for some serious antique shopping, because that is where this area quietly shines. Gavaghans fits perfectly into that Sebring personality. Cozy. A little unexpected. Solid. Worth stepping into. Even if you are not an Irish pub person, it is one of those spots that makes you think, okay... I get it.

We sat ourselves at a table nearest a window. The place is dimly lit. We placed our order at the bar. We did not wait long for our meal. We each had the Cesar Salad with Bacon bits and a glass of red wine. The salad was a generous portion, fresh and crisp with just the right amount of housemade dressing. We each ate half of the salad and took the remaining home. The place was quiet with only one other table seated. We were able to converse with each other in a relaxed and unhurried atmosphere. It was a most pleasant evening. I recommend Gavaghans and plan to return on a weekend when the place might have a more livelier vibe.

Perfectly cooked brisket, 2 huge yummy onion rings, juicy and crunchy coleslaw, and delicious pickles! I had the honey drizzled sweat potato fries, my sister had a garden salad. Attentive, knowledgeable and personable, definitely ask to be sat in his section for an excellent experience. Restaurant was well lit but soft and the floor was quiet enough to enjoy conversation. They do have a bar that seemed lively and fun and I saw advertisements for happy hour drinks and plates. Looking forward to going back soon. Prime Rib on Thursday nights seems to be calling my name.

The second we walked in, the smell hit me like, "Cancel your goals. You live here now." Smoky, delicious, slightly illegal levels of good. We were greeted and seated by a super nice guy who said, "Patrick will be right with you." Two minutes later... Patrick shows up. Five minutes later... Patrick brings drinks. Ten minutes later... Patrick brings food. At some point I leaned over to Ross and whispered, "Where is the original guy?? Did Patrick eat him??" Nope. SAME MAN. Sir is host, server, possibly chef, and I'm 90% sure he rotated the earth slightly to speed up our service. Patrick sold me on the Prime Rib sandwich like a seasoned car salesman and I folded immediately. Ross got the loaded smokehouse sandwich because he likes to pretend he makes responsible decisions. The food came out fast and looking disrespectfully good. I blacked out somewhere between bite one and "I should stop." I did not stop. I have no regrets. My diet has filed a missing persons report. And let's circle back to Patrick--this man has the energy of three employees, a double espresso, and unresolved childhood dreams. I want whatever he's having. I would follow him into battle... or at least back for dessert. As The Terminator once said, "I'll be back." Mostly because I found out Patrick works Wednesday-Saturday... and apparently those are now my "nutritional delusion" days. Would 100% trust my GPS to ruin my plans again.

Upon entrance it feels like a traditional bar, with a partial wall separating the bar from the restaurant area, which contained ample seating and plenty of TVs for those looking to catch a game. We came in on a quiet Friday night, ordered a couple of drinks at the bar, and chose our own table for our long overdue catchup session. The shepherd's pie quesadilla was a perfectly sized appetizer, served with gravy and sour cream on the side. My date ordered the traditional shepherd's pie and he thoroughly enjoyed it. Service was solid. Our server never disappeared for lengthy periods of time, nor did she show up too often, giving us plenty of time to catch up and converse without interruption. 5/5 Recommend as a local spot for casual drinks and/or dinner.

The Wexford serves burgers, Reuben's, cheesesteaks, shepherds pie, fish & chips, bangers & mash, steak, pie, cheese cake, wings, shepherds pie quesadillas, Irish egg rolls, Irish bells, shrimp, loaded baked potato skins, jalapeño poppers & more! The loaded baked potato skins came w 4 pieces and sour cream 8/10 The Philly cheesesteak was a good size, came with a good provolone cheese, onions, mushrooms, and fries! 8/10 The bangers and mash was a lot smaller than at other establishments I've been to. 7/10 The shepherds pie was pretty good but came with peas on the side instead of in the pie. 7/10 The fish & chips came with a large fish and fries and was pretty tasty. 8/10 Our server was very friendly and told us about how the bar moved from bears to lutz! If you're in the lutz area and craving some Irish food and drinks, definitely come by and check out the Wexford Irish Pub & Grille!

We ate in the bar here which is the least pleasant location (large dining area and outside are quieter in both the "drunk golfer" department and loud TV or music. But endurable. Though Social Media said Saturday brunch today, we were not offered it despite being within its hours. We would've enjoyed having breakfast for lunch, etc. Parking in the full lots are difficult-and we don't see that many on the course or in the restaurant. The menu is inviting. Great fish options. I chose the Quiet Man but didn't like the sensation of toasted bun and cold roast beef either temp for everything would've been better. Liked that some options were half sandwiches at $11 rather than over-priced, over-edible super-sized sandwiches. Would love for them to re-work their coleslaw. We like the lower calorie option over fries and chips but don't care for "their" recipe. Didn't see nor hear about desserts. Great food but fall short in advertising/social media, brunch clarity, dessert options, parking, noise.
