My husband and I went paddle boarding for the first time with wonderful Ms.Vivian. She was extremely patient with us, and made our first time experience the best! Highly recommend going out on the water with Vivian. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT! read more

I'm trying to get a hold of this place it says you are open yet no one is picking up the phones nor are getting back to you.

I almost never write reviews and my biggest regret was not writing this review sooner! Vivian was an amazing instructor!! We were a group of 4-first time paddle boarders and she was able to teach all of us to stand and paddle our way through the Boynton inlet within 45 minutes. I've been itching to go out on the water ever since my first class with her; she has so much knowledge to share which makes the entire experience that much more memorable! read more

We had a great time today, For first time paddleboarders the on land instructions were wonderful. will definitely use Paddleboard Connection again. read more

My boyfriend and I bought the 2.5 hour tour for four for my brother in law and sister. We absolutely LOVED this tour. The lesson was very easy to understand and she made everything really simple and fun. This was my first experience paddle boarding and it was such a relaxing and fun day. Vivian was our tour guide and she was so bright and happy to be on the water. She even suggested fun places to go and eat. Awesome experience and would definitely recommend for out of towners or locals looking to try something new. read more

My first time paddle boarding was with Vivian. I was very nervous. She took the time to walk me through the steps and basic strokes. I never felt rushed. The positive encouragement was something that I needed and it was provided. My sister was with me and needed special attention, she was right on top of that situation. She also took pictures for us that she posted so that I did not have to worry about capturing the experience while trying to learn. I was able to organize the entire trip through text message, which was ideal for me as I am busy working most of the time and cannot take phone calls. I would recommend this experience for anyone who is new to the sport and would like extra special attention. read more

Had a private tour and lesson for a very good price!! Vivian was an amazing instructor and guide. Highly recommend this company!

The Paddeboard Connection is an important part of why being down here in Palm Beach County for me is so enjoyable. Vivian Caylor is an amazing local guide, a skilled paddling instructor and all-around wonderful paddling host. She helps make all of the paddle outings super fun. The group of fellow paddlers are funny, friendly and helpful too. For folks down here for extended periods, I recommend signing up for "paddles" via Vivian's Paddleboard Palm Beach County Meetup group. Otherwise, her Paddleboard Connection website offers other ways to connect online with Vivian. I've made some new friends paddling, too. Fantastic way to experience real Florida nature while being active and having fun! read more

We decided on a whim to try paddleboarding. Although we didn't give much advanced notice Vivian was super accommodating. She proved to be a good instructor (we all picked it up immediately after her talk) and she was very patient with the kids. She even gave the youngest (9) a tow behind her paddleboard when he got tired paddling upwind. Once we got back, the kids still had some energy so she let them take the boards for another quick spin near the dock. Her rates were also much less than the other companies we looked into. Highly recommended. read more

Had a great time going out with the family. We'd never paddle boarded before, but Vivian made it easy and quick. Definitely recommend.

I took a beginners SUP class with Vivian a week ago and went back for more today. For someone who isn't at all athletic and barely a swimmer, I had my apprehensions about being out on the water. But one lesson with Vivian did away with much of the fear, and by the second trip, I'm loving SUPing! Safety is big on Vivian's list so she arms you with all the knowledge and tips you need to know to keep yourself safe out there. She's also very attentive to the best board to suit your height/weight and will help you pick one that is most comfortable and stable for you. If you're hesitant to try SUP out, rest assured that learning with Vivian is the best way to go about it - you can go at your own pace until you're ready. Only two sessions in and I'm loving being out on the water, thanks to Vivian and Paddleboard Connection. read more

This was my first time trying SUP. Took a little searching to find an outfit that offered a lesson along with a tour and it was well worth the time spent doing so because learning about the board, the paddle, and how to stand up properly from an experienced professional (Vivian) is a whole lot better than being handed equipment from a surfer dude and told to "go have a nice time, man." It was great having a tour guide like Vivian, who not only took us two novices to the beautiful and serene Bingham Islands, an Audubon Bird Sanctuary, but also provided info on the wildlife, the currents, the wind, and stories on how she came to do this for a living. It was an informative, wonderful, healthy 2.5 hour experience, and if you are thinking of giving it a try, you just can't go wrong with Paddleboard Connection. read more

I was invited by a friend last year with this business for a paddle boarding session. And I enjoyed myself so much that I decided to purchase 4 vouchers to participate this month because I had family in town. However it took me two weeks schedule an appointment to attend a class. I was constantly ignored and told that I would be contacted later. Then when I finally reached someone I was told that I would get directions only for them to send me directions 1 hour before the class. I was surprised because I had such a good time last year. But this year the ball was dropped. read more

Can't say enough good things about the experience! Vivian did a great job. She took me around the Bingham Islands and explained everything there is to know about the terrain and landscape. I highly recommend going whether you are a Florida native, which I am for the most part, or just visiting. Thank you! read more

Highly recommend! Vivian is fantastic - she made us feel immediately comfortable. Everyone in our group seemed to get the hang of it almost immediately after her lesson. She did a great job of giving a group lesson, but then also getting each person set up and in the water individually - a great balance and comforting to get hands-on assistance even in a group lesson setting. By the time we set off on our tour, we were comfortable. It was really cool to see areas by paddleboard that we wouldn't otherwise have been able to access. It was a very easy pace and she even brought bottled waters along to offer along the way. Do not hesitate to sign up!! read more

We had a great time with Vivian and the other group of people we were paddling with. Vivian gave a great on land lesson and continued to support us, no matter what the learning curve was, out on the water. I would definitely recommend using them. read more

Paddleboard Connection is great! Vivian accommodated the three of us on short notice. When we got to the location she provided a little tutorial to us on land so even those of us who didn't know what to do felt comfortable on the water. On the water she talked all about the history of paddle boarding and all sorts of fun Florida facts. Heads up: We had a little difficulty finding her at first, just look for a white van :) read more
