Ok soooo. I've been to this store 4 times. I have wonderful experiences the first 3 times. Today I was greeted by an employee who was was wonderful and even remembered me and asked how the new place was going! I love it. Here where the problem is. I came in with a 5 year old who really had to use the bathroom and they said no and to go across the street at the bakery. We only needed a couple of things today. But as I was checking out I voiced my disappointment with the cashier (the same gentleman who greeted me). He said well "we dont have a public bathroom" I said I know but it's a 5 year old and I don't think it's too much to ask to allow him to use the bathroom. I specifically said "I normally wouldn't shop at a place with that kind of disregard and policy" he said I'm sorry if it were up to me I'd let him. That would have been the end of it but the guy at the register next to him felt he needed to get involved and said "if he needs to go he can just go there" I said "it's ridiculous to have a store and not a place for a kid to go to the bathroom" he said "then don't come here" I said "I just told this guy so usually don't and now based off your attitude I will definitely not come back" I completed my purchase and he said "don't come back to MY store" I looked at the guy checking me out And "said I was just voicing my opinion and this guy just turned into an asshole for no reason". The gentleman checking me out apologized again And I left. I will not be back. I just bought a new property and have lots to do, putting in a fence for over 5 acres, a riding mower, weed whacked (which I was coming back for this week bc they were getting a new brand in) , a well, septic, home garden, animal habitats and who know what else. They have literally los over $10,000, at least, in sales from me just this summer. Not bc they didnt let a 5 year old pee, but bc the guy felt the need to be rude and get involved in a conversation he wasn't even part of. I wasn't being rude but I did voice that I was disappointed. His rudeness was just unacceptable and over the top. read more
