They provided really good directions and there was ample parking when I arrived. Unfortunately there was a terrible auto accident on US26S and I was held up in traffic and arrived a little late but the Doctor welcomed me and was very understanding . Both the Doctor (Kim) and her Assistant/ Secretary (Rob) made me feel at ease and made sure I was comfortable. The facility was very clean, modern, and comfortable. Since this was my first visit the Doctor had to review my medical record while I completed a new patient data form. Even so, I didn't wait more than 10 minutes maximum before being called it to see the Doctor. In my experience I found her to be very intelligent, professional, polite, courteous, thoughtful and very thorough. I really liked the way that she listened to my concerns and actually appeared to care about my well being. Instead of being like so many doctors with the DICTATOR complex she actually explained things to me in a manner that I could easily understand them and she suggested a number of options for me to consider and choose. However, I must clarify that the Doctor was very professional and she did counsel me on my weight and the ramifications and dangers to my overall health and well being. But then she countered with very sensible and viable solutions so I can also say that she is well rounded :) t was a very pleasant doctor visit if there ever was one :) I would definitely recommend her to all of my family, friends, and colleges alike. Saw Dr Suzuki, she is the worst Dr I have ever seen in my life! She started reprimanding us the…read moresecond she walked in the door! Her bed side manner sucks! We went there because my daughter's face was swollen, her teeth didn't hurt the face was swollen!!! so the Dr auto assumed it was tooth, and wouldn't let us talk to explain because we had been there the previous month for a tooth issue! She fussed the whole time told us it wasn't their responsibility to find us a dentist, and said she would put her on an antibiotic this one time! I explained we have no dental insurance so she said then go to a place that takes cash. As if I'm flipping rich!! I understand the teeth need to be fixed but understanding that and being able to do anything about it are two different situations! We're poor we just needed help fixing the issue we didn't need to be yelled at and made to feel like garbage My daughter and I both have anxiety and depression, I hadn't been to a Dr in many years because of these issues. I finally started going to medical care Elizabethton in May 2025, and before today July 22 2025 everyone i had seen and talked to had been nice, caring, and understanding. Now this Dr Suzuki has ruined all progress I have made, i never want to go back now There is just no reason to ever be that rude, and act like we are an inconvenience.

All the doctors are overwhelmed with paperwork even though the nurses and cnas are always running around playing grabass and gossiping. Just so inefficient in general. I don't know how they make money.

(I was going 3 times a week for about an hour, plus I worked every single day!!) He also had three, yes THREE other "ducklings" in there, listening to every awkward word I was saying. Never go to this doctor. He is a joke. I went to a different OBGYN and told them my experience and they guessed who it was! That should tell you something there! I wouldn't even give this guy a star.
