I honestly would give -5 stars if I could. I had to give one star to leave a review. I can't believe that this is the only place to receive Amazon packages in Sebring. I searched for an Amazon pick up location and their address came up so I selected it. I didn't type it in. Thinking everything is good I have my order sent to this establishment. I get notified of delivery and go to pickup my order. The employee said it wasn't there. They said because Amazon shipped via USPS they refused my order. I totally didn't understand and was even willing to give permission to them to receive my packages. The owner accused me of harassing her employee. I only asked to speak with her Supervisor. When I explained to the proprietor that I just want to understand how to resolve this, she said I would need to open a mailbox account for $35. Then the bouncer (probably her boyfriend) gets in my face and tries to intimidate me. I walked out. Never again! Amazon needs another pick up place in Sebring. This place is only in it for the $ not the customer service. read more

Do not use this location as an Amazon return location. It is not a UPS Store. It costs money to return Amazon products at this location.

Went in to ship then this young man ask if I had another code they don't print. I said as I'm look for the UPS email I had. He said yup that's it but there printer is broken. I offered to go buy one for them then the manager I assume said we have repairman coming tomorrow. I felt there remarks not with a smile but with the look of I'm wasting there time. "Overpriced" is the understatement of the decade. Went there to ship a large poster board from Sebring to Palm Beach. She quoted me $340 via FedEx and over $500 via UPS. I felt that was too much so I opted to wait until I got into Alabama the next week. She said "well you know USPS can't ship that and FedEx and UPS are raising their rates this weekend.". I told her I'd have to chance it. This morning I shipped the item from Gulf Shores Alabama, 5x the distance than from Sebring, and the UPS Store charged me $46.82. Pack N Ship was going to charge me over 10 TIMES that amount to ship via UPS! I'm not sure what is going on at Pack N Ship but whatever it is.... it's just not right.
