Emily was recommended to us by our child's trauma specialist as an attorney who takes interest in her cases, and most importantly, schedules herself enough time to have an understanding of your case before entering the court room. (If you've had other attorneys, you know this is rare.) Emily put us at ease and then got work doing what she does best! Her performance and demeanor in the courtroom is impeccable! She's not afraid to tackle tough issues or ask hard questions. The staff at Rowe & Sitzler is also outstanding! Again, taking time to know who you are and understand your situation. They are also incredibly helpful answering questions, and are happy to do so (another rarity). Thank you Rowe and Sitzler! We'll never use anyone else again.

After 5 years, when I went through this law firm again for my spousal support modification due to loss of my job then it seems like they just wanted to take money for no reason and misrepresented me and on top of that threatened me to reduce my spousal support amount if I don't pay to them immediately. I am a single mom and handling all sorts of chores and on top of that my attorney (Chris who has lots of experience) instead of helping me, threatening me and that caused me in tremendous mental stress and I lost my case and lost 15k of lawyer fees. The opposing counsel didn't even respect him and didn't provide their information on time. They harassed me multiple times for sending the same questionnaire and same document request so many times to earn their hourly pay. Really I got traumatized after their really bad service.

But, I had a simple, straight forward, uncontested divorce and the hardest part of the entire process was getting ahold of Brian! Getting my ex on the phone, who I hate and the feeling is mutual, was SO MUCH EASIER than getting simple answers from Brian. I paid him, and as soon as I paid him, getting answers was awful, I'm talking a MONTH of waiting to hear from him for EACH QUESTION. I'd ask him, "Hey, are the papers ready to sign?" and nothing for a month, he finally responded and said they would be ready in a week. Well, here we are, two weeks later and I can't get a response, let alone get the papers. I regret hiring him. $1,500 for an uncontested divorce and month wait for any question answered? Shitty service, absolutely awful.
