He made so many mistakes in my divorce that I had to hire another attorney but the judge denied me another hearing because Brian Moore had purposely left out a multimillion dollar business that he knew about that should have been part of the divorce settlement. But, I had a simple, straight forward, uncontested divorce and the hardest part of the entire process was getting ahold of Brian! Getting my ex on the phone, who I hate and the feeling is mutual, was SO MUCH EASIER than getting simple answers from Brian. I paid him, and as soon as I paid him, getting answers was awful, I'm talking a MONTH of waiting to hear from him for EACH QUESTION. I'd ask him, "Hey, are the papers ready to sign?" and nothing for a month, he finally responded and said they would be ready in a week. Well, here we are, two weeks later and I can't get a response, let alone get the papers. I regret hiring him. $1,500 for an uncontested divorce and month wait for any question answered? Shitty service, absolutely awful.

If I could give zero stars I would!!! STAY AWAY…read more Unprofessional, Money Driven, Unprepared, forgetful I am sharing my direct personal experience with this attorney, which has led me to file a formal grievance over severe communication, privacy, and billing concerns. In my opinion, this man is highly narcissistic, self-serving, and only cares about his own wallet. Retainer funds were not put into a trust fund and I was charged without prior itemized invoices, and I was charged every single month for him to "review" my divorce answers. For 9 months that was the only thing that was on my file--yet whenever we spoke, he could never remember any of the details. During a critical consultation, he even permitted an unauthorized third party to stay in the office background without my consent to listen to my private legal affairs. When I told him I did not want to sign the settlement paperwork, he became combative and insulted my support system. Because he chose to schedule a personal vacation during my actual trial week, he pushed me incredibly hard to force a settlement. He even gave me highly inaccurate guidance regarding witness rules to rush the process before he left for a second vacation during critical trial preparation window. When I demanded all future communications be kept in writing and refused to sign the settlement, he immediately filed to withdraw. My advice is to stay far away from this firm; you will not get the prepared, professional, or ethical representation you pay for.
