He said he wasn't sure why the tech didn't have a shop vac, but the tech said he was never provided one. (So whenever you read this, please buy your employees the tools they need to do their jobs) I let the tech use my shop vac anyway, he finished cleaning the AC, and left the remainder of the work for the next day because materials were late. Stephen, the tech that actually did the remainder of the work was courteous and professional. Not sure sure I would use this company again. Seems like the owners or managers don't care about their employees or what kind of business they're running.

His workers were able to use the casing, however the wheel had a small flaw and a small humming noise that I could only heat back in my master bathroom.
