The owner is extremely Rude and it seems she DOES NOT CARE about her customers. So bad I've filed a complaint with FedEx. She claimed that a QR code can't be printed there- dispite that being a listed service on HER linked page for Fedex. She knew the 1st time I came in that I had a QR code. She made me wait 10 min before acknowledging me as she chatted away with the customer She was with. Then told me it would be 15 min wait and I should go to Walgreens. I had a local appointment so I left and came back about 1.5 hours later. This time she had an incredibly rude customer ahead of me who she also chatted with about nonsense as a line built behind me to the DOOR. This truly obnoxious customer turned around and told us all to "Smile, it's a New year" as she took her sweet time chatting away and going as slow as possible. They must be friends and seemed to take pleasure in frustrating those of us waiting on NYE day. Then after that obnoxious customer left, the owner lady scans my QR code and then says oh I can't print that here. I told her you knew I was coming with this as I came earlier and it says on line that you CAN and DO. I can tell you- she was lying to me and was laughing. I have never met this woman or been into this location and will never go back! What a terrible experience with a person who seemed to enjoy being terrible. Sad. She doesn't deserve to be a FedEx authorized location.

I live in Austin, TX and I found an outstanding deal on Craigslist from a seller in Cornelius, NC on an item I'd been looking for all over the country. The item was heavy (80lbs) and the seller was moving and did not have time to arrange any shipment for me. So, from Austin, I searched for "shipping, Cornelius, NC" and Joe's store came up. I called them and Joe answered. I described my situation to him and he told me they could pick up the item from the seller, crate it and ship it to me. He quoted me a price right there on the phone. Also, he was able to take my payment via PayPal, so that made it even easier for me. So far, this was all in the scope of their service, but it was all handled so personally and professionally. My remaining problem was how to get cash to the seller who was not set up for PayPal and have time to figure out how to accept wired funds. They needed cash at the time of pickup. So I asked Joe if he would let me pay him what I owed the seller and he could get the cash to her in person. He very graciously worked with me and consented to do it. This was not in his normal scope of service and I suspect he doesn't want it to be a regular request, but I mention it as an example of the personalized service I received from this locally owned business. Five Stars to Joe and UPS Store 2193/Lake Norman Freight Center in Cornelius, NC! Thanks so much!

According to the owner, Tim, he didn't feel we were a "good fit" for his business. I found his comments strange because he indicated that since we were based in CA and he had never done business with us before, he refused to accept the job. I explained to him that I was visiting the area for a convention, but he still refused to provide a quote. I suspect that he operates his business based upon prejudices, and I would avoid doing business with him at all cost!

What I expected to be a quick shipping errand turned into a discovery of a full-service business center. They handle shipping for multiple carriers, which makes it easy to compare options and choose what works best. But beyond mailing packages, PostNet provides professional printing services, from simple documents to high-quality posters, banners, and large-format signs. They also design business cards, marketing materials, and custom signage, which is perfect for small businesses or personal projects. I was surprised to learn they also offer passport photos, mailbox rentals, and secure mail handling, which is incredibly convenient if you need a reliable place for deliveries or business mail. The staff was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, walking me through options without rushing. The store is clean, organized, and easy to navigate, and the service feels much more personal than at larger shipping chains. Whether you're mailing a package, printing materials, or handling business needs, PostNet in Concord is a great local resource that goes above and beyond.
