I stopped by to get a gift for a friend's baby shower and was amazed at all of the cute options! The woman working was so helpful and nice when I asked for some guidance. The prices were very reasonable and the selection + presentation made it a lovely shopping experience. There is a parking lot, which is awesome since the North Loop can get so busy! read more

Got this cute palm tree to go with my coconut plushie, and I love it! I had been searching everywhere, and this was the only place in the area that had it. They also have a great selection of adorable Jellycat plushies. Highly recommend read more

I have a strong disdain for the phrase "carefully curated". As if all other stores are just a hodge-podge, with products frantically thrown together. However, Pacifier is an example of what the phrase aspires to be. As parents of a baby boy, this place is our go to for just about every odd and end that we need for our child: teething rings, sippy cups, toys, travel bags for our UPPAbaby stroller & car seat, as well as gift ideas for other parents we know. I think we come in here almost once a week. The people here do a great job of pulling together a compendium of amazing things for kids and the staff are very knowledgeable about the products they sell, too. But, beware parents reading this, it will be almost impossible to leave without buying something, this is not due to any high pressure selling or anything like that, just a really great store with really great kid stuff, staffed by fantastic people. read more

Pacifier - Children's Clothing Near Me - Minneapolis, Minnesota

Pacifier is such a CUTE baby store! Admittedly, I don't have any kids and was only drawn in because I moved to North Loop and received a coupon from my apartment shortly after learning my sister was pregnant! However, the coupon was all it took for me to wander in on a nice walk through the neighborhood! I was immediately impressed... The building is beautiful brick, and they have a large parking lot which is gold in North Loop, in addition to a valet (!?!) and a huge ramp for strollers to enter and exit the store. The price point is undeniably higher than other options, but you also get what you pay for! Based on what I overheard in the store, many of their bigger ticket items (strollers, car seats, etc) come with more substantial warranties and service than ones you may buy at Target, so it just depends what you're looking for! The employees were also incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and their curated tables of blankets, toys, pacifiers, etc are also TOO CUTE and absolutely perfect for gifts! I loved how they had local products that make the best gifts for out-of-state friends and family! read more

This is our favorite baby store! We've been coming here when we were expecting our first child and continue to trust the employees advice and guidance. The employees are so knowledgeable and helped with big choices like car seats and strollers. They give unbiased opinions and even suggested options that they happened to not carry in the store. They have the cutest clothes and accessories as well as big gear, with lots of options. Dogs are even allowed! There is ample parking on site and it is stroller accessible. They offer discounts for different events like Black Friday, including big items like strollers and car seats. Highly recommend! read more

I love Pacifier! Such a beautiful baby boutique in North Loop. I like to make dedicated trips here, and if I'm passing by, I can't help but stop in. It's a well-curated boutique that can be on the pricey side, but for the quality you get, can be worth it. I love that the owner curates such cute items but also mindful items, like environmentally conscious toys/brands like Plan Toys. I'm not one to spend much money on baby or toddler clothes, but omg they have an adorable selection. They also carry meal and bath time essentials, books, accessories, carriers, car seats and strollers. The employees are incredibly informative if you want to learn more about the gear! When I was pregnant in the summer of 2020, and super paranoid during the pandemic, I was able to book a private shopping session at Pacifier. I will forever be grateful for the safe space and demos they gave us. read more

Worst customer service ever. The person working there told me she was the owner (she said her name was Egg or Eggleg?? Or something like that). Was on her phone when I approached to ask a question and looked annoyed that I interrupted her. Very unhelpful and rude and on her phone the whole time I was there. read more

What a fun little shop located in the North loop. Anytime I need to purchase a baby gift, it's where I go. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They offer free gift wrapping as well. read more

I've been meaning to check out this shop for awhile after following them on Instagram, and finally made the trek from White Bear to their MPLS location yesterday to check out a Veer wagon I've been considering. This shop is incredible! So thoughtfully curated with a huge variety of items for all ages of kids, from clothing to toys to gear. I especially appreciate being able to stop by and try out larger baby gear, like the Veer wagon, especially as it's quite pricey. The salesperson was wonderful and walked me through all aspects of it, and I ended up purchasing. Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and I can't wait to come back! read more

I can't say enough good things about this store! My husband and I were in the market for a new stroller, and Pacifier made it easy to check out our favorite brands. We finally decided to purchase an Uppababy, and Stephanie (North Loop Manager) went above and beyond, answering all our questions over multiple calls and providing much-needed guidance. If you're looking for a smooth and easy shopping experience, stop by their store! read more

This is such a cute location and much larger than the others. But pregnant mamas beware, no public restroom lol

Dropped in while exploring the North Loop neighborhood of M'polis. Adorable store with unique baby/children's clothing, toys, books, gear etc. Naturally pricier than department stores but more special. I found nice gift items. Atmosphere is kid-friendly with a small play area in the center of the store. Parking on the side of the building with ramp for stroller access. Spent probably two hours here on my second visit. So enjoy the variety and quality of items. A tad on the pricey side but they offer things you don't find in the usual places. You probably know a kiddo or two who's worth it!!!! read more

Perfect place to grab a quick gift for the kiddos in my life, whether a cute onesie or a picture book (nice selection of classics and Minnesota themed books too). As a child-free adult, I appreciate that the staff are always willing to give suggestions if I need help picking something age appropriate. Nice gift wrapping is included. Free parking in the lot right in front, and an accessible ramp to the front door for strollers and wheelchairs. read more

I love this store. I have only been in a few times, but every visit, there have been multiple sales people helping me find the item I'm looking for, and explain product differences to a first time mom. I recently purchased my high chair (Keekaroo) from there, and they had assembled it for me, which was very helpful. I also got the infant insert seat and was having trouble installing it myself, so I called the store, and as a complimentary service, John came over to my house to help me out. Because of their top of the line customer service, and their AMAZING inventory of the cutest baby gifts, gear and clothing, I will definitely be returning. read more

I love this store but only comment is that it is hard to physically get in the store when you have the little one in a stroller which seems ironic for a kids store. Once I figured out where the entrance is, the next time I went to it it was locked and I had to call and ask them to come and let me in. I think the easier it is for parents to get in a store, the more likely they are to come in and buy things. Otherwise the staff and selection is very good and online ordering is easy. read more

Poorly managed. Owners have a major attitude problem. The sort of business owners who vehemently argue with paying customers and then expect them to continue frequenting their establishment. This place is absolutely to be avoided. read more

I didn't even want to give this store one star. This review is not based on the products or merchandise, but rather the customer service. Or rather, lack there of. I noticed the cute store window from the street and decided to take a peak. I looked around for a minute before I made brief eye contact with the cashier behind the counter. I offered her a smile. She completely STONE FACED me! "Huh, that was weird', I thought to myself. But I continued to shop around for thirty minutes or so. I found a few items I liked and proceeded to the checkout. Same cashier begins to ring me up and bag the items. I pay the bill. The transaction is approved. She proceeds to put the receipt in the bag and then SHOVES the bag at me, immediately looking down at some paper to write onto and then tells me to "Have a nice day" without ever looking up at me. I was stunned. I walked out of there with my heart in my stomach. Never have I felt so awful after purchasing adorable baby items. NEVER AGAIN WILL I RETURN. #fuckyourbadvibes read more

Poor customer service, management and attitude. We purchased a product that had an obvious defect. The store was willing to exchange for a new product. Had the story ended there, we would have no complaints. A day later, after the product was fully assembled (and our baby was using it) the manager of the store called to ask us if we would consider returning the new product to the store as he was able to cobble the defective product together via his expertise. It was already a huge inconvenience having to return the product (which we had spent hours attempting to assemble due to the defective part), yet the manager displayed a negative attitude with us, telling us how difficult it is being a small business owner and having to sell open-box items. And the product wasn't really defective -- it was user error, he told us. After spending a lot of cash at this store, unfortunately we will have to call it quits. Very unfortunate because we love this store's inventory and location, but can no longer rely on its management and customer service. read more
