Manager helped me located zip front hoodies. She was very nice. The store had a lot of merchandise to go through so her help was much appreciated. Buy one get one free hoodies. Basically came to 20.00 a hoodie which was a good deal. read more

Pacific Superstore - Counterfeit items - Souvenir Shops Near Me - Atlantic Beach, North Carolina

You would expect when in a tourist beach town to have your fair share of t-shirt/beach supply shops and when you enter Atlantic Beach they are there but mercifully everything is very understated. When in OBX it seems like there is a Wings-Super Wings-Bingo Wings-Wing Dings-Boneless Wing at every mile marker or right across the road from each other but not here. When you cross the causeway you've got two Wings maybe one other place and Pacific Superstore almost right on top of each other. It of course is obvious that all of these stores are all selling the same things. The variety and pricing differences are very minimal. My daughters insisted on visiting all four back to back and overall they liked Pacific the most. They had decent sale pricing on bracelets and anklets which they both liked and enough hoodie choices to last a lifetime. Yeah, I still hate places like this but to the people that were actually shopping here they got what they wanted and the prices weren't killer. I'll take it. read more

Pacific Superstore - And by the way you look fantastic in your beach gear of chinese plastic - Souvenir Shops Near Me - Atlantic Beach, North Carolina

need to update what time they open on google. it said they open at 8 am, i went up there and they were closed.

When on vacation I made a purchase at this location in atlantic beach, nc and was charged $10.00 more on my credit card than I purchased and had receipt to prove. disputed charge and got my $10 back from my bank. but now I have a fraudulent charge from someone else. I think my credit card info was sold and used by this other person(s). Too much of a coincident for it not to be this place. the town of Atlantic beach is a family place..been going there since 1987...too bad to get thieves owning stores there. BE AWARE OF THIS STORE. WE WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN.. read more

Service was sucky and people were hateful. Asked about a bracelet and got a rude attitude. Then these kids were in there and he got searched. Made a big deal about it. read more

Terrible service. My friend got accused of stealing a 7 dollar magnet when she had just set it down on a shelf. Threatened to call the cops on us, and then made her pay for it once she went to grab it! read more

Terrible customer service, stock is bad, cheap, and not durable once or ever. Staff is rude and aggressive and have the audacity to post their own reviews when they have a bad rating. The boards are completely unrideable and break in less than a week. Bert's surf shop is a lot better. The staff is nice and the stock is durable and not cheap stuff. read more

Actually I give ZERO STARS! Very unfriendly staff. Bought boogie board on Monday for 12 year old grandson. After two times in the ocean it basically came apart with all the styrofoam white balls coming out. Took it back and was told he'd give me a discount when I asked if I could purchase a nicer one and apply what I had already spent. He said no, he would give me a discount that would be better for me. When we got ready to check out, it rang up with only $6 off, not what the cost of the first board was. When I asked him he told me he had never had one returned and basically my grandson had been too rough! First of all if that had been true, I would have never tried it return it. He used it appropriately. No jumping on it with his feet or anything like that. Just trying to catch waves.....two separate times at the beach....Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning. DON'T WASTE YOUR $ ON THIS STORE!!!!! read more

Super unfriendly staff. Felt like I was being watched the entire time I was in the store. Also, please allow returns as some people may change their mind later... Especially with prices being high for certain things. read more

If no stars was an option, id chose that. me and my boyfriend went in to look for me some body jewelry and they had none but i had picked up a bracelet and 2 small stickers, after walking around i decided i wasnt going to get any of it, so i put it down. as we were leaving my boyfriend was stopped and asked where the items was and accused of us stealing. this wasnt the case and we have never stole anything. i was the one carrying the items but he didnt speak to me, he only spoke to my boyfriend, who has way darker skin than i do. very rude customer service, and racially profiling people. I will never spend any money here again. read more

If you are looking for cheap stuff, you have come to the right beach shop. A very rude manager that missed his P.R. classes. Returns are impossible. Stuff breaks in one day. Go to a local beach shop, like Bert's and spend with the locals, instead of the big box stores. You get what you pay for. Pacific's is even the wrong ocean. read more

Jerks! Sold us crappy clothing and refused to accept returns. Made up fake excuses as to why they couldn't accept it. Clothing it too small and when tried to return they say it was our fault for buying too small. NO your sizes are off! Swimming shorts ripped the first time wearing them. They were not too small, they were cheaply made. Lady at the counter was rude & unprofessional. Horrible customer service and business. They know most of their customers will not be repeat customers so they treat you like crap. Do not recommend read more

My wife's family has been coming to the Crystal Coast for years!! Every year we stop by Pacific and get new swimsuits. The reason, they have a greater variety of swimsuits and the prices are much better than most other areas. This year I got a nice new swimsuit for 15 bucks. My wife spent 40 but that is still way better than the 70 she could have spent at the mall where we live, not to mention she didn't really like the style of any of the swimsuits where we live. I still have my swimsuit I bought here a few years ago and it is still is good shape which is good considering all the bodysurfing I have done in it. They also have a large variety of gifts and other beach items for great prices. See you next year!! read more

Nice selection, reasonably priced, great service, polite and considerate staff, convenient location- what else is there to ask of a beach town surf shop? Recommend! read more

It was time for the store to close as we pulled up but Danny allowed us to come in and even made us 5 custom shirts/sweatshirts. Coolest store, coolest guy. We even returned the next day and got 4 more shirts made. Danny was extremely kind and helpful and will definitely be returning soon! Best place for souvenirs, etc. read more

Super friendly staff with an awesome selection. only beach store at Atlantic that will let you make your own shirt with lots of designs to choose from!! Unbeatable prices on comfort colors and other nice brands!! Overall... 10/5 stars!! Love this place and will be the only beach store I visit on my trips back to AB! There are a handful of beachwear shops in the area, and while my son and I were waiting for our room to be ready, we tried four of them. This store was the absolute worst. Sure, all the items for sale are comparable to that of a typical beachwear store, but the people who work in this store lack the most basic human decency. I was shocked by the gaul of the sales person who had the nerve to openly insult me as I was walking out the door after I made a purchase. I was not a problem customer. I went in, found the item I was looking for, went to the checkout, and paid. Initially, he was very polite. Referring to me as "ma'am" and "young lady" throughout the transaction. However, when it became necessary for me to speak (I don't have the most feminine sounding voice), his attitude instantly changed. He became cold and hostile. As I was walking out the door, he said "I'm not sure if should say ma'am or sir". Both me and my son were both taken aback by the clear insult. It was completely unnecessary. If he had a problem with the fact that my voice isn't feminine enough, he could have done the decent thing and kept his opinion to himself. The only possible motivation he could have had was that he intended on being a jerk. What kind of person is rude to stranger out of the blue without provocation? This experience did, however, give me the opportunity to teach my 13 year old all about micro-aggressions and I was able to point out that he had just witnessed a perfect example. Avoid this store. Go to Paradise Beach Shop right down the road. Their stock is much higher quality and the staff there is awesome and professional. Pacific Superstore does not deserve your business. read more

Terrible customer service. An employee treated me like absolute garbage. I have gone to Pacific before and had great service but today just ruined that reputation for me. Me and my family were shopping for a bathing suit and we found one that fit me very well. The lady that works near the swimsuits told me that I needed to go to the plus sizes even after we found the one that worked. I most likely will not go back there again. read more
